My second visit here. The picture doesn't match. They updated the place and it has a different…read moremodern look than before with light stone work and a modern patio that makes it look more like a fancy modern restaurant. Same food as before. Staff definitely young and very slow to work. Not sure if they are new. I like the interior and kitchen but not kept near and clean. The Dave's favorite #1 meal I ordered and like with other locations the meat is different. What has Wendy's done to the flavor? It taste bland or undercooked but I know it is well done and cooks by timer. Baked potato with bacon and cheese is fine and so is the chili. I wish Wendy's would fix the hamburgers back to the old style. No flavor to them.

I love Wendy's and eat there often in other towns. My home town Wendy's not so much. Monday I…read morestopped in to get a large unsweetened Ice Tea with two Splendas please. Turns out to be the highest price glass of tea in town. Since I was in a hurry I could live with paying nearly double what their competitors charge once in a while. In spite of the fact that they also refuse to put the sweetener in the tea, something the competition has no problem with. The whole idea is that a person driving a vehicle actually shouldn't have to disassemble his drink and add the sweetener as he is driving down the road. That's two strikes against them but as if that weren't bad enough the young lady at window 2 attempted to hand me a tall glass of tea with no ice. I let her know that the key to iced ted.... is ice. I watched as she put 2 or 3 ice cubes in the glass that promptly disappeared. The young lady then told me that, "the reason the ice is melting so quick is that the tea is hot." I asked her if I ordered a glass of hot tea, or a glass of iced tea? I then suggested that she fill a glass with ice and pour the tea over it. She begrudgingly filled the glass less than half full with ice and handed it to me. The ice was mostly melted before I got out of the parking lot. It appears to me that the person in charge has placed a limit on the use of ice. Considering what is actually involved with making iced tea, I think an establishment charging $3.19 for iced tea should be able to afford a little ice.
