Ugh... 10:50am it's too early in the day for the food to be cold and the fries to taste like you've fried them 2-3 times to warm up and still not even warm. But that's the whole point. You can't keep them in the fryer long or you'll burn them OR they've been sitting under the heat lamp but they were barely warm. If we weren't already on the highway and had time to go back we would have. We were the only car in the drive thru. I get that it's fast food. But c'mon guys. Do better. So disappointed. Unfortunately I "got the meats!" along with other unwanted items. Yesterday- On this trip quality was extremely poor. At the drive through I ordered the Ruben, which at other Arbys had been fairly good. Not here. My had thin meat, half cheese, no thousand island at all, the sauerkraut was only on one half, and the added bonus of a piece of cardboard in my sandwich. It almost seemed intentional. But I think it was not due to the other two sandwiches being acceptable in our order. Also the reason why I'm giving this restaurant 2 stars vs just one. We were the only car going through this fast food restaurant and not busy at all for 6pm on Friday. Therefore the operators have very little excuse from my perspective. I love Arby's roast beef! I was in need of nourishment while traveling on the job the other day. When I'm out in this neck of the woods, it can be difficult to locate a decent truck stop. But at I-96 exit 16, several of the fast food restaurants have gotten together and allowed for truck parking in the lots out back. That said, they can obviously also accommodate large RVs and people pulling trailers, as well. I went inside and ordered my meal. I got a chicken burger meal, with potato cakes and a drink. There were a couple people ahead of me, but it wasn't long before my meal came out. I sat near a window and enjoyed the meal. I noticed the restaurant in general was pretty clean, especially in mid-afternoon after the typical lunch crowd surge. The whole meal was great. I had anticipated getting an additional roast beef sandwich, but I was satisfied with the amount of food received. I will return. read more

Food was good. Service was not. Me and three co workers asked for packets of every sauce and received some horsey sauce, ketchup, and 2 ranch cups. Pretty lame. Especially since the line was so long it wasn't worth going back through. read more

Service a year ago, amazing! Fast and great quality. This year I have seen this location go down hill. Food has been forgotten, rude staff and fries are mushy and cold all times of the day. Service fast and friendly dining room pretty dirty trash and food all over floor and couple tables floor sticky when you walk on it. Pop machine sticks open and dispenses pop all over the drain for being newly remodeled you would think the upkeep would be better. read more

Nice location, right off the highway. Service was okay, considering it was very busy and Arby's takes a while anyway. My biggest concern with this location was the location of the bell. Every single Arby's puts their bell right next to the door, but this one was waaay up on the ceiling around the corner from the door. My mom always said, if you can't say anything nice don't say anything. I'm sorry Mom but I just can't hold back I went to my local Arby's drive-through tonight for dinner, ordered a classic roast beef sandwich, some jalapeño bites and some curly fries. I get home, only to find that I don't have my curly fries. I go back to my Arby's drive-through and explain to the woman that I did not get my curly fries.she gives me new curly fries, but no apology nor any type of coupon for a free sandwich for having to drive back in the rain. So now I get to go home and eat cold jalapeño bites and a cold sandwich, thanks Arby's for ruining my dinner. I would suggest that you avoid this place and just go to Taco Bell instead, sure you'll get diarrhea, but at least you will get all your items read more

I'm a frequent customer at this particular Arby's and I have never once been disappointed. Before finding the joy that is Arby's roast beef, I went to the lower end fast food places, but after experiencing the delicious meals that come out of the Coopersville location, I can't go back! The staff is always very friendly and always make light conversation. The managers in particular are very professional without losing personality. The people who work there are also very good about fixing the few problems that do arise. Store is always very clean, too. Coopersville Arby's, you rock! 5 stars for sure ! read more
