The staff was very knowledgeable about food allergies and assured me they cook the pizza on a separate, clean pan and use a separate pizza cutter. This was one of the best GF pizza crusts I have had! I asked to see the box and they told me they had just switched brands. It was so good. I also had the GF wings, oven baked. The server also told us they were famous for their ranch dressing and WOW she wasn't kidding. It was so good! We will definitely be coming back!! I found a new favorite place.
