I go in, and they don't tell me the toaster is broken until I had already ordered. After telling me, they had not offered to help/change my order. I wouldn't have gotten a meatball sub if I knew the toaster was broken. Listen, I've had my fair share of food service experience. So I can usually have empathy and give grace, but this was just an interesting experience. Workers didn't use any manners either I just felt like I was annoying them every time I talked. Started going here again because they finally started doing app orders. Ordered a salad and it's much different than ordered/pictured. App warned they were out of cucumber. I ordered a Mozz Meat salad. They left off the mozzarella! They ignored my note for a side of dressing. And this "salad" was just all the toppings stacked on a menial amount of spinach, when spinach and lettuce were listed. Horrible place. Horrible location. Horrible employees. Do better read more

I would never leave a bad review until I am disrespected. I walked in without a mask, the young woman asked if I had a mask and I kindly informed her that I have a medical condition that restricts me from covering my nose and mouth, she then very cockily informed me that she couldn't serve me. I shrugged my shoulders and said ok thanks anyways. As I was walking out (through the gas station) she informed the other employees as well as several patrons that she didn't care about my fing* medical condition! How rude! Where do I start the women working at 7 pm with no help last night September 12th needs different employment to say the least! Took 20 minutes to make 4 subs every one was on Italian bread no matter if we said something else. Went to finally pay she couldn't ring up my coupons because she didn't know how! One star. That's it. I have been to this Subway 4 or 5 times and I always hope for the best. Actually, I hope for mediocre. It seems as if the staff is being punished for being at work. The attitudes are horrendous. It's almost like I am a complete nuisance to them. The produce is sad looking and tasting. The meat and bread are ok. At least the prepackaged chips and beverages are good! The reason for this review is for the accounts of today's visit. Icing. On. The. Cake. Well, I walk in and lo and behold! My favorite employee is working. Equipped with the scowl on her face and hatred in her eyes. Ready to put clumps of pickles all over every sandwich that gets in her way. It's as if the only way she knows how to apply vegetables to a sandwich is by the fistful. Well, she's the least of my problems today. I am ok with reassembling my sandwich when I get home. The cashier is obviously having a bad day. I'm not sure what her home life is like, but apparently, she brought it all to work and she's going to take it out on one customer at a time. I'm sorry your children are little assholes and your husband doesn't love you, but all I want is for you to greet me with a smile and take my money correctly without argument. I ordered the $5 footlong of the month - the Spicy Italian. My total came to $7.16. My lovely cashier did not ask if I wanted anything else. Didn't ask what kind of sub I ordered. Just gave me a total. I asked, "Isn't my sub $5?" "Well, you got a combo." she replies. "No, I didn't ask for a combo. I just wanted the sub." "Oh, well, that's the price for your sub. The BMT is full price. Just the Spicy Italian is $5." "I ordered the Spicy Italian. That's what I got." "Well, I already rung you up." "So, since you neglected to ask me first, what kind of sub I had, you just assumed, AND didn't ask me if I wanted a combo or anything else with my sub, you just decided to ring me up for whatever you felt like?" "I guess so." Since it's lunch time and I had a line of people behind me, I decided to stop the fight and grab my sub and receipt and exit. With a little "Have a wonderful day. Usually the employees here are terrible, hating life, ect. I went in the Friday before Memorial Day and they were out of pretty much EVERYTHING, saying they were packed all day and unprepared. Okay, that I'll let slide, I work in retail I understand how holidays can be hell, esp if you are unprepared, plus what they were out of wasn't a huge deal for me. The employees seemed to be in a good mood even though they clearly had a shitty day. I got two foot long subs for others in my house and got myself a 6inch ham. Go home, eat, all is well, tastes decent. Fast forward to midnight and I'm jolted awake, pain ripping apart my stomach. Panicked, only ten steps to the bathroom and I make it just in time. Uncontrollable puking. Why am I puking? I felt fine earlier. Then it dawns on me, tears from the gut wrenching force rolling down my face, Subway. Damnit. Two hours later after I'm done purging my stomach of that vile food, I am able to fall back to sleep, just in time to wake up and go to my retail job where I don't make people violently ill. Needless to say, if I could leave 0 stars and fire every employee, I would. read more

There was an older woman working tonight, I believe her name was Deb? Didn't get a good look at her name tag, but she did an amazing job! She was very polite and when my mother ate a sandwich Deb made she said it was the best she had from there in a long time.
