We thought this would be a safe haven as we drove through Columbus, a fast reliable lunch…read morerepresentative of the Jimmy Johns brand we love. Boy were we wrong! The worst jimmy johns experience we've had. The man making our sandwich couldn't have been more uninterested and careless as I repeatedly had said no mayo he of course puts mayo on the sandwich. Begrudgingly he starts making a new sandwich which he takes a whole 10 minutes to carelessly assemble. He places a dime size amount of avocado spread on the bread. Just watching him make it made my stomach hurt. Never coming back again and highly recommend no one else does. The manager of this location should *absolutely* retrain his employees.

We had the regular size margaritas, frozen and they were amazing but also HUGE. We also had steak and nachos, everything was really delicious. The guacamole was the one thing I did not think was fresh-tasting and it was definitely an understatement of the menu. Our servers were generally nice, but they rushed us a bit and didn't do great at water refills. My biggest complaint is that even across the way, I could smell the bathrooms, that bleach hair freshening, toilet cleaner smell. It was a bit overwhelming and definitely not what I want where I eat. I think we would go back if in the area again.

The kid's meal wasn't significantly smaller than an adult meal but still worth it. Anyway I got the butterburger with cheese + lettuce + mayo + ketchup (honestly delicious and exactly what I needed), cheese curds (though not the best cheese curds I've had and I actually prefer the fries so I would pick that next time), fountain drink, and then custard (chocolate I've cream with Oreos). Finished everything except my cheesecurds because I got full. Service: exceptional. There are so many employees and each one we interacted with was so unbelievably nice. This one employee said "I really like your outfit today" and I seriously hope that both sides of her pillow are cool every night for the rest of her life. And I hope she sees this and knows she made a stranger's day. I'm not a fast food person and the last time I was in WI was the last time I had fast food. But Culver's is worth it.

My husband has been been reading about this newer restaurant that has hit the Madison area. We…read morehappened to be close by around the lunch hour so took the opportunity to try it out. I didn't know what to expect as I didn't take the time to check it out. When we walked into the restaurant I reality is a fast food chain. This particular restaurant is in what use to be a Hardies. It had a cool decor and we were welcomed upon entry. As we were looking o er the order board the cashier asked us if this was our first time and replied yes. He explained the spice levels and what we could substitute for sides etc. We both ordered the #3 with cheesy fries and a drink. Our meal included a chicken slider that had coleslaw and a sauce. It was more of a sandwich than slider, and another large piece of chicken that was like a half of a breast that laid on top of a piece of white bread. Dill pickle slices, a side of sauce and the cheesy fries rounded out the meal. The sandwich was delicious with the combo of coleslaw and sauce. The larger piece of chicken was surprisingly very tender and moist. The French fries were ok. If I were to go back I would skip the cheese topping. We both jumped in the ice tea as they had unsweetened, sweet, raspberry and peach. We got the sweet tea and it was pretty weak. We head south every winter and usually if I get sweet tea I will mix a little unsweetened tea into it. This sweet tea was ok with the sweetness for me but it seemed really watered down. I'm not one for fast food but I would stop back here for a piece of chicken or take out a bucket. I'm not sure how they make their chicken but it had a dry rub over a light texture, thinking the chicken may be deep fried and then Tossed in the dry rub. Our rub was medium heat. It was borderline spicy enough but next time we may try the next step in the hot spice.
