Small dish of chocolate custard with sprinkles - A person holds a small cup of chocolate custard with sprinkles, inside a vehicle, with a car dashboard and touchscreen visible in the background.

Went through the drive through to get some custard after dinner around 8:30. It was perfect and super fresh! They also gave a generous amount of sprinkles which was much appreciated. Service was very fast and workers were friendly :)

Double butter burger, fries and drink. Original Butterburger - A meal from Culver's includes a burger with crinkle-cut fries and two large drinks in branded cups, served on a table.

Very good and tasty food. Quick and warm. Nice employees. Burgers are not frozen. Crinkle fries are crispy.

Drive thru was incredibly slow. Waited 15 minutes while cars behind me got their food.

The food is a good as it's ever been. The milkshakes are fantastic. Addressing service - well it depends. It's all about staffing. We've had our slow service visits as well. But last night there was an event at the Town Square across the street, and they were prepared. They kept things moving very well. Old time soda fountains are an endangered species. Watertown has a treasure. Never let go of it. We almost lost Mullen's not too long ago. It would be really sad if it happened again.

They have good outdoor seating as well during the summer time. The only downside is that there isn't a lot of space inside but it's a small town so it's to be expected. The service is always pretty decent, nothing to note on that! The food on the other hand hasn't ever been my favorite. The Mac and cheese is basically glorified under seasoned Kraft mac and cheese. I tried a burger recently and it had too much ketchup and mustard on it which made it was hard to eat. The cheese curds are okay but aren't very crispy. Overall, everything is pretty overpriced. It costed me over $16 for a chocolate Malt and a small burger with no side or anything in a small town. Overall, it's definitely a fun spot for a sweet treat with friends but if you're looking for a good bite to eat, I would suggest heading 12 minutes away to Johnson Creek and go to Pinecone or to the Diner downtown if it's open.

In addition to a mint flavor burst ice cream cone I ordered a cheeseburger and wonton mozzarella sticks. The wonton mozzarella sticks are an incredible value given how many you get for the price. Crispy on the outside and had good cheese pull. The cheeseburger, which had a nice flaky bun, had excellent flavor and is one of the better burgers I've had in the area. It made me sad that I hadn't visited Jim's Place before. I wanted the blue goo flavor of flavor burst, but they were out of it that day, so I went for mint instead. It wasn't super strong like I had hoped, but you could taste the mint. I would probably get a different flavor next time (hopefully they have blue goo available at that point). The gentleman that took my order and made my food (who I assume was Jim?) was very kind. I originally ordered to dine in and switched to to-go as he was bringing my food out because of an urgent matter. He boxed it up for me and never once had an issue with the sudden change. I appreciated it very much.

Despite the fact the restaurant alone was small and the tables were close together, the staff was friendly and very busy. I really enjoyed how they decorated the walls with nostalgic memories such as the gumball machine, 70's music, beanie baby crane and a lot of "my name is Jim" tags for everyone to remember. I would move the tables out at a little further for people who want a lot of space. Also, there needs to be a parking lot made behind or next to the restaurant so that no one will have to parallel park and walk there. I would definitely recommend this place for anybody who loves delicious food at great prices.

A long wooden bench along the building, a patio around the back, or inside. Inside the building, there are small tables, mainly for 2 people. You will also find the ice cream counter where you can pick up any malts or shakes that you ordered. Bathrooms are also inside. It has a quaint malt shop feel to it, with some interesting memorabilia on the ways. You can watch them make up all the burgers, each one to order. You can get single or double smashburgers, with cheese and onions, which is what I ordered. Along with an order of Onion Rings. After about 10 minutes we got our food, in a paperbag, which we took inside. The food was good, hot, juicy, and flavorful. The onion rings were also very good. It's a cute place, and worth the drive out to experience a small town burger operation. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The burger was good, but I would have preferred to have it cooked longer for more caramelization (they use lard, and I would prefer butter).
