I bought gas across the street from here a few months ago and noticed this oversized Arby's sitting on the corner. Decided that if I ever stopped there again, I'd go and see if it really was that big and check out the patio. Ends up it has 3 menus (regular Arby's one has more than normal) to chose from and a dessert/ice cream station. High vaulted ceilings and probably the best decor for a fastfood restaurant I've ever seen. The patio had large Adirondack and rocking chairs and I was lucky enough to get a 78 degree day to enjoy it. I added photos of the menu because they were nice enough to let me take one with me. It's still fast food but I'm giving it 5 stars because compared to any other location, this particular site is impressive. read more

I want to like this location; really, I do...decided to try the re-introduced smokehouse brisket sandwich along with a new menu item, garlic parmesan house~made chips, pricey endeavor for a sandwich and some chips, topped off at nearly 10$ and not worth the price, the brisket was dry as the desert and by the time I arrived home the chips on top were wilted from being placed on top of the warm sandwich, I did manage to get a few that were on bottom which were crisp and taste good with a good amount of garlic/parmesan flavors to savor. I guess the chips sucked the moisture from the brisket :/ who knows? but I've had the sandwich before and it was fantastic, I want to try the smokehouse turkey but I will chance it at another location. This Arby's is said to be one of their largest, it has outdoor seating, a drive~thru and huge indoors. They also have a varied menu which offers mexican food and eskimo pie desserts along with their regular menu items, they also have rotisserie chicken and veggies, it's a bit outdated but the service was friendly and fast, they have a high volume operation located in between the South Park Mall and Fort Lee Army post, I just wish I had a better eating experience here. read more

Holy smokes! I for 15 minutes for my food which was fine once I got it. I would have left but had already paid.

Ridiculous prices for "fast food". Poor service at this particular location. $3.69 for small milkshake was is actually tiny. For the price thought it would be phenomenal. Should've went to chick fil a. read more

Fancy Arby's is honestly something I thought I'd never see. The food was good, the service was amazing, had an overall great time

I love the zuchinni muffins and the rotisserie chicken. I don't live in the area so I do not go often. But when I come to VA to visit, we usually stop through here once. Never had a problem with service, staff have always been polite. They have a rather large menu, perhaps my next trip down I'll branch out more. But I definitely recommend the zuchinni muffins! read more

I haven't had Arby's in quite some time but we decided to try this place for a quick bite. I had no idea Arby's offered rotisserie chicken and baked sweet potatoes. Wow. I tried the BLT (I love Bacon) and I was a bit disappointed at the sandwich. :( However, the chicken was pretty tasty. The zucchini bread was also good and moist. Yumm yumm. It amazing that I've passed this place many times and never stopped in to check it out. wow... I will check it out again if I pass by and want a quick bite. read more

The best Arby's I have ever visited. I have always enjoyed Arby's more than any other fast food restaurant. The only thing keeping them from a 5* is the fact that my order consistently taken wrong or not fulfilled properly. Also why is the shake machine always broken? read more

I stopped by today to try the new smokehouse brisket sandwich. It was good for what it was. It was poor for what it wasn't. It was far from the way photo looks. There wasn't much brisket. It looked fine from one side, but I saw no meat on the other side. I opened the sandwich and found that the meat, unlike the photo, was less generous, and was folded over and looked like more than there was, far from centered, leaving a large open area on one side of the bun with no meat. Unlike the photo there was very little sauce, perhaps a teaspoon or so in a small 1" circle in the middle. Also unlike the photo there were very few onion rings, just a few small onion straws in a 2" circle (maybe less) in the middle. There was not enough of either to spread out very far, but I was able to get enough together for several good bites, which were very good. The brisket was good for what was, fast food brisket, and better than I expected. I did unfold the meat to cover the bun, and combined with the cheese, I finished the sandwich (mediocre at best without the sauce and onions). The sandwich and a drink was over $8.00. Overpriced, underfed. On the way out, I explained what I found to the manager. She apologized, but never offered a refund or other consideration. read more

The Rotisserie chicken, zucchini muffin, mac and cheese, and cookies are delicious. I'm full as a tick.

You can never go wrong with Arby's. Their beef 'n cheddar sandwiches are awesome, and the curly fries aren't that bad either. The Wild Turkey habanero hot sauce is pretty good too if you'd like to add a little kick to your beef 'n cheddar. This particular Arby's is the largest in the world and has two to three different restaurants inside that offer rotisserie chicken, fresh vegetables, salads, burritos and desserts. If your in the area it's worth stopping by for a nice lunch. read more

Amazing and delicious!! The lady at the counter said this was the largest Arby's in the country. Fun fact ha ha. Was really cool the variety of choices and high quality ingredients. read more

We just stopped by for lunch today with the kids, and this Arby is awesome! The sandwich are juicy and tasty, the customer service is great, and the place is neat and clean. Pit smoked ham and bacon, roasted beef and bacon and smoke house brisket are so gooooood! read more

Understanding when it's busy, there can be a lot of issues that will make an order difficult..... but sandwich ended up coming as a sub with the wrong stuff on it. Curly fries were cold.... and other people didn't even get all their food.... disappointed on this visit. Maybe try again next year or the year after. Cause it looks like I go about a year or two getting Arby's because this always seems to happen. read more

Awesome place to come to eat, very inviting atmosphere. They have a fire place, t.v.s and also very friendly staff. Good food of course lol. Have fun, sit for a while and fill your belly! read more

Wow... This Arby's is INCREDIBLE!!!! I have never seen an Arby's so large!! Exited off of exit 54 on Interstate 95 on my way back to Manhattan and I was craving a roast beef sandwich some curly fries some chicken nuggets and a jamocha shake....asked Siri for an Arby's and it found this one in a small town.....I was BLOWN AWAY at this restaurant!!! So large and so great...I will definitely stop in on my adventures down to the south!! The food tasted better and I think it was because of this amazing establishment. Rock on Arby's!!! read more

A fancier Arby's with Barbacoa (mexican food), regular Arby's, rotisserrie chicken and turkey and desserts. Came after dinner (around 8:00) and restroom and dining area was very messy. Rotisserie turkey was cold and tough -- would have rather they said not available. Good zucchini bread. Regular Arby's food was fine. For some unexplainable reason the Jamocha shakes come in much smaller sizes for the same price. This is not typical back home. read more

The food was good and the staff was friendly. I wonder about the management though. None of the ice dispensers worked. The trash was piled up and tables needed wiping. Trash and food on the floor too. read more

The family and I stopped here on our road trip and we were astonished. Never seen an Arbys quite like this, with such an extensive, fresh, great quality menu. The rotisserie chicken, sides, and roast beef sandwiches were great. The meal was topped of with some awesome cookies, freshly baked zucchini muffins, and a chocolate Oreo shake. Definitely a memorable experience and we will be back on our way home! read more

This is an example of a good thing gone terribly wrong. Been going to this Arby's (billed as the world's largest when it first opened), since it's debut! .... Haven't been in several months....Where is our Arby's and when are you bringing it back?? This once immaculate restaurant was dirty, dusty and none of the tables properly cleaned for next customer. The condiments were empty and we had to borrow from neighboring tables. The famous curly fries were cold, limp and unappetizing. Sadly, the view from the customer's side of the counter revealed a mess behind the counter, with some obvious distress among mangling managerial staff ... this place needs some intervention....Quick! read more

Huge Arbys with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The drink station stunk like a dirty sponge. Other than that....pretty typical Arbys location. read more

First of all, we did not get the loaded fry or potato cakes. Second my two classic b/c did not have cheese. My family and I wanted ¨Arbyś¨ for Father's Day dinner. Check number was #2766777-1 and $32.41 was the total. The bun was soggy and the watery cheese ran off on the paper. I had to combine the bottoms of two sandwiches and use regular bread for the second sandwich. There was a reason I wanted beef and cheddar on an onion roll.Third, there was no Arby sauce included in the bag. When I called I was told the only thing of importance was the missing food. I could drive 20 minutes each way or they could write my name down in a book and come by ¨when I was in the area.¨ What happened to your restaurant in Colonial Heights? I guess you guys have been demoted to a McDonalds or Burger King status. Waste of money, time and worst experience ever. Happy Fatherś Day! read more

I went into the store last week On Friday and ordered a rice bowl, I took it back to the counter and told the young girl working at the counter that it was old the rice was hard as a brick she was very polite and very nice, her name was Megan, I explained you are my situation, she said she was very sorry and I asked to speak to the manager and she got the manager for me, the managers name was Jessica I explained to her my story she listened but acted like she did not care, she told me they did not cook the rice it's prepackaged, I checked into that and that is false. If that's the case Yall need to get the rice from a different manufacturer because the rice was hard as a rock, I asked for my money back and she acted like it was a problem to give me my money back I had I told her the only good experience I had in the store was the cashier. There was soup spilled all on the store floor in front of the front machine, if the health department want to come in there like I told the manager they would get in trouble, the manager acted like I was not even talking like she did not care, then I watched her walk to the back and come back out and looked as if she had been crying, if you have a manager that cannot take the heat then they need to not be a manager anymore, these managers need to be trained and not pulled off the streets read more
