Had the Arbys roast beef classic sandwich combo meal with a vanilla milkshake. The sandwich buns were really soft and fresh. Meat was a good temperature however for as busy as they were the curly fries could have been fresher as they were just luke warm. Otherwise, good Arbys. the food was average fast food obviously, but the customer service? i mean how do treat people that way? i made a mobile order and happened to spend 10$ so it offered to take 3$ off for an online only deal. obviously, like any sane person, i took the deal. it ended up being a good amount of food for 7$, i don't eat out much so i was super excited. UNTIL rude awaking, i heard an employee complain to their manager about how much food i ordered for what i paid. i noticed the manager get a little hot(thinking maybe the manager would tell them to lower their tone) but no! this MANAGER(blondeish hair/ kind of young) proceeded to mock my order out loud and complained about "people taking advantage of sales." get a grip. when i asked for sauce for my mozzarella sticks, they were thrown at the counter without eye contact being made. they were all extremely rude, and clearly have zero self respect. do better as an "establishment." read more

I love Arby's and have visited many in my travels. This location is my least favorite. It's kind of old and depressing. I can't quite put my finger on it. This location also does not participate in special shake products. No blueberry, no peach, no eggnog at Christmas, etc. No special shakes. But probably the worst offense at this location is the stale bread I was served this week on the Beef and Cheddar, an Arby's signature sandwich. Yuck. I waited to speak with a manager but ended up leaving because they were busy. You can't survive making sandwiches on old bread. I heard a rumor about Arby's going out of business and don't want it to be true. But at this location it feels like it and that's too bad. It pains me to say it but I think I'm going to select another lunch spot. Please fix this location! read more

If I could give it a no star I would. Loaded Italian? Ha what a joke. Very little anything on it and of course as always at this Arby's the meat and veggies are crammed on one side of your sandwich. This Arby's really disappoints me. We tried to eat there tonight but could not get anyone to take our order. The man in front of us evidently wasn't sure what he wanted and took forever to get his order communicated to the young man taking it, meanwhile, most of the rest of the front of the store help were too busy talking to another lady about who knows what, to open another register to get our order. Then, said lady sits her toddler on the counter, where he has his shoes all over the food serving surface. That was all we could stand. We went to Taco Bell. This Arby's location has always been lackluster at best with their food and service. I doubt we'll be back, but we used to eat there on average twice a month. This could be a great location. It's nice and new but the dining area is always dirty. Tables are rarely cleaned and the floors are never swept. I'm amazed at how management fails to execute on the basics. Clean this place up! read more

Just tried the chicken salad sandwich. Very little chicken, no grapes, no pecans but had a lot of smushy apple pieces. It also had a lot of "white" water dripping from it. The bread was stale & the lettuce was dry & tough. Totally not edible!! It was wrapped nicely with extra napkins, hence one star. read more

I last visited the Athen's, TN Arby's location in 2013. Then, I placed my order using the drive through. When I arrived at the window to pay, the employee was too busy chatting with someone else and ignored me instead of serving me. I spoke up to get the employee's attention, but the employee gave me a harsh response. I do not plan on going to this Arby's anymore because of the poor customer service that I have experienced during this incident. read more
