I went to this Arby's on 10/27/2025 .I went to try the steak nuggets so I got the 9 piece with a side of Mac and cheese..First off I t came up to$16.27. Today was my first time at Arby's. I've watched the commercials and usually pass this location and see very long lines. Now I understand why. They sell good quality sandwiches and many come for the shakes and floats. Today I stopped by to try the corned beef Reuben Classic for an early lunch. Tender Corned beef, sauerkraut, melted Swiss on baby's butt soft Rye swirl bread. I asked for my thousand island dressing on the side. I do not like soggy sandwiches or overly dressed food. They were happy to accommodate my request. I paired my sandwich with the sweet potato waffle fries. Service was quick and courteous. Arby's actually reminded me of Hardee's in the south. Service was slow .the girl at the register was very good.who ever making food was slow and after what I ordered I saw her barley wrap the food and just slide it on the food tray and the wrapping opens. Very pleasantly surprised with my visit. My husband was craving curly fries so here we are... The decor is nice and the staff is very nice. The cashier took the time to explain to a lady who was ordering arby's for the first time for her husband. That's a thumbs up in customer service! Okay down to the nitty gritty... how is the food you say? I was going in expecting a bland and maybe dry roast beef sandwich. It was the opposite. I had the smokehouse brisket which was very flavorful! The sandwich was juicy and quite fatty (but drooling foodie good!). I added some of their horsey sauce which us a mild horseradish cream like sauce. AMAZING! I'm sad that I never been to arbys before this. Like all fast food in the area - this place is poorly run by people that should just stay home, text and order Uber Eats. The people that come here are also poorly run (local dirt bags) . The kid behind the counter was in a fog. Wandering around and mumbling . Also Hard to understand. I think he had Crazy Glued his tongue to his cheeks . The sandwiches were like all BREAD . Saw that this Arby's has evening hour dollar menu from 9pm to midnight. It's the exact menu as their afternoon dollar menu from 2pm to 5pm. So I stopped by at the end of my holiday food shopping run. I ordered 2 sliders (turkey and chicken), curly fries and vanilla snack shake. It came out to $4.36. Great price for a last minute dinner, albeit not the most healthy. The curly fries and shake were great for the price. Good size fries for $1 price. The sliders were not impressive. The turkey was ok but all it had were a few slices of turkey and nothing else. What I received were just day old dry chicken tenders that they were probably getting ready to throw out, and it only had tiny amounts of plain bbq sauce over it, definitely not the "hot honey bbq" as advertised. At the drive-thru, I attempted to order a slider and the roast beef: "no, you can't use the coupon with a happy hour item;" ok, fair enough. So I tried to order a small curly fries with the roast beef: "no, you can't order any small items with the coupon" (the fries were on the regular menu). Still one of the best fast food choices around. They claim to have the meats, but I more often love the chicken. And the best part of this place are the sauces. Between the horseradish and the spicy three pepper, ketchup and honey mustard. And of course the best of all the reason for coming; the Arby's signature sauce. Been here a couple times and I'm glad I finally decided to. Overall it's been an awesome experience. The food has been good every visit, the service from the employees is quite pleasant, you can tell they focus on satisfying the customer. All my visits have been in the drive thru and the young man who takes the orders does a great job. I will definitely be making this place a favorite for lunch. TBH I really wish they hadn't open this location because it's 10 minutes away from my house and 5 minutes away from my gym. The temptation is so real, y'all. Ok. So I may be very biased on this review right now but the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I was also informed that it's "fast craft food" not fast food. Arby's is trying to remove itself from the typical fast food grouping of chains, and in all honesty, the roasted turkey options are awesome. I was hesitant to come today because I try to eat healthily, but today it was meant to be that I came in. I would never normally be in the area at this time of day to come here but something told me to go. As soon as I walked in I heard, "Miss O?!? Do you remember me?!" Yes, my darling girl, I most assuredly remember the bright eyed girl who was thirsting for knowledge in my English class years ago, who was considerate, kind, respectful, and asked many questions. In the past I really loved the roast beef love the beef and cheddar this experience was not good, they made the beef and cheddar the new special ,it was unedible, I brought it back the manager offered something else to me the man at the counter recommended the brisket I accepted the brisket brought it home it wasn't great ,the location was good the workers were nice the manager was good the beef was not good .it'll be a long time before I go to Arby's again I'm usually a person that order specials I'm starting to rethink starting to rethink what I'm ordering, also check your food open it up before you leave if I went to the drive-in I would have never returned and I would have been stuck with some horrible beef definitely look at your food before you leave the location read more

I don't know, the food just seems better at the East Meadow location than the Bellmore one. And the staff seems happier. Tried the 1/2 pound roast beef sandwich and it was spot on. This is one handsome sandwich, with plenty of meat..and only $6.59. Ten times better than the brisket sandwich, which has an identity crisis and little meat. Only problem was that the juice from the beef soaked the bottom of the roll and it fell apart so you couldn't hold it. Asked a staff member if they could replace the roll so you could eat it...they had to have a conference and then finally agreed. All and all, Arby's is still one of the better casual joints around. read more

Really tasty beer braised beef burger, super tasty in fact. The parking lot is tiny. Shake is OK, it says made with Ghirardelli but I didn't taste it. Maybe needs a bit more chocolate in there. Felt like a syrup probably ghirardelli syrup over plain milkshake and not chocolate icecream. read more

It's a great place when they get your order right via drive through. Every Tuesday night, the girl who works drive through screws up my order. I'll ask for no cheese and get cheese and the wrong type of bun. Or I'll ask for one type of sandwich then get another. I've gotten bacon when I specifically say no bacon. Whoever does drive through on Tuesday nights really needs to start listening and have a thorough understanding of what ingredients go into each sandwich. It's annoying because it's hard to go back again through drive through when they screw up your order. read more

Normally I go to the bellmore location, but this location is closer to my job, so I went tonight... according to the receipt, "James" came over to take my order after I stood there & waited. I didn't notice at first, he was on a call on his cell phone. He had walked away from me to bag food & bring it to someone in the dining room & then to get food for the drive thru. No "excuse me" or "give me minute". From what I gathered, it was a work related call (something about, "he'll shadow me tonight") but still, that's rude. When he finally came back over, I sarcastically asked if I should come back later (since he was clearly so busy), he actually had the balls to put his index finger up at me like he was silencing me. He finally told whoever on the phone, "I have a customer" (no "James", you've HAD a customer standing there) & put the phone down to look at the coupon I had in my email. I actually intended to buy more, but didn't since this employee made me feel like I was a bother.
