First time here and the experience wasn't what I was expecting it to be like. I came here cause of the pictures. Everything looked so nice and good until my order came. I ordered a Nutella and banana crepe and it looked pretty normal. The taste was average. I also ordered a caramel macchiato. It didn't look like the ones in the picture at all. I didn't even taste the caramel... When I go to a cafe or any place that serves coffee, caramel macchiato is always my first choice. This was a huge disappointment. The cup wasn't even filled up. My boyfriend suggested adding milk because he thought it was just a regular espresso shot. I added milk and I don't know... It just didn't taste like coffee at all. The decor was very dull as well. We've been coming here for several years but it's gotten really boring and nothing to really look forward to. Several years ago when they first opened, they introduced the basic flavors -- original, vanilla, chocolate, and rasberry. To this very day, the basic 4 or so flavors have not changed. The employees are nice, the place is clean, and its spacious but they need to have more flavors. If you like the basic flavors, it's cool, but if you're bored of the basics and want something different, I definately recommend going somewhere else. read more

In fact, they kinda screwed his first crepe up so they tossed it out and made him an entirely new one. 2 crepes, a pot of tea, and 4 froyos later (we brought a couple of them back for friends) and I was extremely satisfied. Staff are friendly and willing to assist with any questions. I personally like the white mocha coffee with the white chocolate berry crepe. It's packed with sweetness but call it comfort food. Also Yelp gives a 5% off discount (helps out with the tax). The bathroom has a key that you have to ask a staff member for. See, this is an example of a great customer-oriented business that actually LISTENS. I doubt it was just my original review that encouraged bigger tables (my ego isn't large enough to assume that yet), but they have indeed replaced the overly tiny tables with normal sized ones. I noticed the change the last time I stopped in, but I also received a Yelp message from the owner letting me know of the change. That was pretty damn cool, I must admit. Living in the South Brooklyn area of Sheepshead bay FroYo isnt huge around here. So the craving hit and I heard about this new little place on sheesphead bay rd. Let's be honest. Everyone loves it here. If you're in sheepshead bay, you have to come here. The atmosphere is wonderful, the bright green walls and pretty white shiny tables are sleek and modern. When you come, you can't ignore the myriad of toppings. You know what that means. Frozen yogurt! It's cheap compared to your pinkberry and red mango prices in the city. Go for mochi. It's delicious if you're a fruit lover like me. They took a while to recover after hurricane sandy but they have been on a roll ever since. Come here and make sure to like their Facebook page! two stars - meh. i've DEFINITELY experienced better. the place is cute, it has a variety of treats to choose from but i wanted just frozen yogurt. for a petite (5 oz) size, i was allowed two different flavors and added 1 topping so i went with raspberry and chocolate froyo with mochie topping. i believe i paid around $6 for it and it wasn't anything spectacular. i like the DIY froyo places with lots of variety of flavors and toppings. this is just another dessert place with too much going on. read more

I ordered raspberry froyo to go and came back to my office a few blocks away (literally 2) to eat it. From the first bite I could taste the froyo was spoiled- it tastes like milk that went bad 3 months prior. The taste was so foul it stayed in my mouth for at least 15 minutes even after rinsing my mouth and chewing gum. I also asked 4 of my coworkers to taste the froyo without telling them it's spoiled (not because I'm evil but because I wanted an unbiased opinion) and basically they all hate me now because of how disgusting the lingering taste was. Long story short 5 people can confirm its spoiled. I called Arbuz and let them know that the froyo is spoiled and to stop serving the raspberry one to its customers because someone is going to get sick- to which they told me that I'm completely delusional and that their froyo is not spoiled because no one has ever complained about it. I asked the guy on the phone to try it for himself to which he absolutely refused which didn't ease my mind because if you're refusing to try it then you know that something is wrong with it. He said there is nothing he can do and to take it up with the boss when he comes in the next day. I never asked for a refund, I never asked for something for free, all I asked was for him to try the froyo to understand that it's spoiled and not to serve the raspberry one to any other customers to keep people from getting sick and he refused to do so. So he would rather have a bunch of little kids who all frequent there get sick than admit to wrongdoing. Hmmm ok. What a terrible way to treat customers truly DISGUSTING. Not only will I not be back there ever again but I will make sure to give everyone I know a heads up about the service and quality of food they are getting when they go there. To answer the owners comment: I am a frequent customer as I said I work two blocks away and know what the frozen yogurt tastes like usually vs what it tasted like today. This isn't my first time getting frozen yogurt from you guys.. also if me and four other people who eat frozen yogurt from you guys regularly can tell that there was something off about it then I don't think the explanation of "its tart try other flavors" is appropriate in this situation. read more

I like this place quite a bit. It's a nice neighborhood spot. I occasionally come here to do some work or chat with friends. Their coffee is good (particularly the Americano). Their crepes (Russian blini) are also very delicious - particularly the ones that are made with real fruit and ice cream. Note that this is a place mostly for younger people... it seems like a place where middle/high schoolers from the neighborhood go to hang out or go on dates (so it's not very quiet). Also the chairs aren't the most comfortable in the world. Overall, this place is a blast, has a positive vibe, and is a great addition to the local community! read more

Ok so I came here for the first time with my girlfriend since we both love chocolate fondue and they have it in BROOKLYN. I read on here that this place is like Pinkberry and it is. They have forygourt and all that good stuff just like in the city. They have fresh toppings and give you a great share these guys are definitely not cheap when it comes to toppings! So they get a 5 Stars on their cleanliness, friendly staff and good yogurt. However I had to deduct one star because they didn't have MILK CHOCOLATE FONDUE! I love chocolate I mean I LOVE CHOCOLATE but to only have DARK CHOCOLATE FONDUE without MILK CHOCOLATE OR EVEN WHITE CHOCOLATE COME ON GUYS! If you go to any other fondue place they have other chocolate options. If you guys brought in Milk Chocolate I will be there at least twice a week eating your campfire fondue and thats a promise! Arbuz is always packed with patrons which is a good sign. They are a bit pricey but you pay for the quality of the food. One small warning: Iced coffee isn't that great (tastes extremely generic, too expensive and they don't give you enough coffee before you add milk), so get that elsewhere. ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTING! The second I walked in I knew I shouldn't have gotten anything. It's a warm summer day and there's no AC on when they're serving cold food. My boyfriend got a peach bubble tea, the girl put the powder mix in a shaker and BARELY shook it so when he went to drink it, it was all grainy! I got a raspberry frozen yogurt with chocolate sprinkles, the sprinkles were an extra $1.50 and I certainly did not get $1.50 worth of sprinkles! $11 for pure garbage! From now on we'll stick to getting bubble tea on Avenue U and frozen yogurt on Emmons ave. The girls had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Since my last review, I've kept visiting once in a while (once a month, maybe) on a regular basis. Unfortunately, quality declined lately. I found a 4 inch twig in my salad - an indication that mixed salad wasn't even washed or rinsed, just dumped onto the plate without a second glance. Didn't eat it. Turkey had a weird smell and taste, not exactly spoiled, but still weird - I took it out and left in on the plate along with the salad. Coffee is still good though, and more often than not crepes are good. I will give it another try next time I am in the area - but maybe, pity though it is, it's time to look for another breakfast option. read more

This place used to be good. I don't know if management changed but everything was gross on our recent and not first visit here. We got the frozen yogurt which tasted like ice and flavoring. It was not made properly and we threw it out after a few bites. The crepe we ordered was not prepared properly - they used chunks of white chocolate inside one of their crepes which should have been more of a melted gooey chocolate inside the crepe. We asked them to remake the crepe because it not only looked bad, undercooked and tasted bad but also we received an attitude for this. Anyways I will never be back here again. Also - while there a group of girls came in and asked to try the yogurt before purchasing because we over heard them saying that it's very inconsistent lately. Its a self serve mecca of healthy and tasty yogurts, fresh fruits, and a great supply of fun sugary treats. great for those watching calories and craving a dessert. Overall pretty unpleased. First of all, they do not use different spoons for all of the toppings and they mix them with other toppings so if anyone is allergic to something, there is cross contamination. My girlfriend is allergic to tree nuts and some fruits and was worried that the topping spoons were cross contaminated with allergens and they were puzzled as to why I asked for them to use a clean spoon. The toppings were completely stale and tasted like cardboard. They only have six flavors of frozen yogurt, only four of which were actually working. They do not know the ingredients of their yogurts, so no information on allergens there too. The flavor of the plain yogurt was great though, so two stars for you, Glen Coco. read more

The panini was great and came with a salad that wasn't something I would have chosen as a side salad since it was just a few small pieces of greens. The decor of this place, is first of all one of the cutest in all of Brooklyn!!!!!!!! They have a great selection of fresh juice and smoothies, i just love that! Sometimes i'll sneak a hot chocolate with marshmellows and visit childhood again with my son! Tehe! They have great coffee, and all of the subsidiaries of coffee lol. They specialize in dessert things including crepes, frozen yogurt, gelato, and icecream with the option to add tons of toppings to which ever you choose, so fun.
