I think the best thing is the crepes but they are a bit pricy and the portions aren't very big. I have gotten their drinks but was disappointed at how watery and unflavorful they are. Caveat: I am NOT a crepe fan (wife is though). We have gone here several times: my wife orders her usual ham/mozzarella crepe and I typically stick with a panini. The ingredients are fresh and their crepes taste at least as good as any I've had other places in Brooklyn (the wife swears they are the best in town). The paninis are good, but surprisingly the desserts are great! Their cheesecake really surprised me. I think it beats out Junior's. However, I'm not a fan of the teas as these are pretty simple brews. The customer service is FANTASTIC though! Even if the food was terrible (it's not), we would go here for the staff. Employees seem to genuinely love their jobs and talk with you without hovering. Recently, I ordered a crepe and 2 desserts for my wife's anniversary while I was out of town. The employees not only read the tiny GrubHub note to ring the bell, BUT the delivery guy actually wished my wife a happy anniversary as I asked (not expecting they would even read the note). They exceeded my wildest expectation. The employees took the time and initiative to include a handwritten note wishing my wife a happy anniversary with something to the effect that no one should have to do dishes on their anniversary. They even wrote "happy anniversary" on the food containers! This example highlights the detail employees put into their work and food, even for a measly $14 delivery order. I was a loyal customer from Crepe factory. I seriously regret wasting my money in this place. I never had an issue until now. I ordered a Nutella and banana crepe but once I received it, the crepe was so stale. It seemed they over heated/cooked the crepe that it became hard and it barely had any banana. I guess since they ran out they cut the pieces so so small there was barely any in there. I decided to call and let them know the issue so at least in the future they won't give any other customer including me a crepe that was done so poorly and even tho it's just $8.50 it's still my money and I expect the quality of the crepe to be good if I am paying for it. So when the lady picked up she asked me for my name, what time I ordered and if I ordered from Uber eats or Grubhub. I answered all her questions and she was very sassy and rude and tells me she doesn't see anyone with that name that has ordered anything. I told her it's so disappointing the way instead of apologizing she was nasty and rude and didn't even care how many times I was loyal to this shop. The guy is a miserable and brings down the quality of the establishment like a miserable goofy in Disney world. He's so rude. He tells customers to wear masks when he wears his beneath his mouth. He tells them to wait outside in freezing temperatures and refuses to bring it out. He just nods at you when it's ready. I really hope this place closes. Mistake one, I used grubhub to complete the order. Not saying grubhub is bad but people have a tendency to not read the order request in its entirety. Due to them rushing to get it out mistakes were made on my order; things were missing that I paid for, it was over cooked, and it tasted bland. This was a huge disappointment to me. I've been going to this place for a while now when I was pregnant I would go here almost weekly even sometimes 2x a week and the crepes were amazing I use the word were and I can only give it 4 stars for now because the girl who used to work here a lot I haven't seen her and there's a new worker and boy her crepes are in need of More training to be honest she doesn't let them sit for the right amount of time so when you get the crepe it's basically half raw dough which makes the whole crepe taste bad and it's extremely soggy the first time I seen her there since there have been new faces lately I figured ok new person but the crepe will be the same and that 1st time it was raw wasn't even warm when I went to eat it and I usually eat it as soon as I walk to the car after buying it anyway I said to myself everyone makes mistakes no biggie than I went again Sunday and it was the same situation So now I'm thinking to myself ahhh this was not worth it I I hate being judgmental but I even said when she's there I won't buy anything because she doesn't cook it right and I come from a bit of a drive to look forward to something and it's undercooked and Soggy that makes the whole idea of going out for desert a bad experience anyway I hope the regular workers come back soon they are truly missed I won't say don't try these crepes but judge for yourself and see because when there made right there awesome! All I can say is mmmmmmmmmmmmm. We ordered a nutella crepe and a nutella/banana crepe. AMAZING is all I have to say!! I couldn't eat the whole thing...it was really rich, but they gave me a container to take home for later. I also got an iced latte, which was good---and they have decaf, which is a must for me. I don't think the prices were outrageous....the crepes cost $4 and $5....and seriously, they are big (and again rich), so sharing is definitely an option if you just want to stop in for a coffee/tea and a dessert. They have sweet and savory crepe options....will definitely try savory the next time I go...but seriously, I don't think anything can top the banana nutella one. This is my second time here and both times have been pretty enjoyable. The dessert crepes are fantastic! It's so nice and warm and drowning in Nutella! The smore crepe actually had plenty of melted marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs. The basil pesto crepe was good but it was way too greasy. My whole crepe was drowning in oil.
