Very nice & fulfilling! I got the Ice Cream Crepe, which came with one scoop of ice cream and whipped cream on the side, with strawberries and banana slices inside. The inside is small and cozy. I do feel bad for the employees as there was only one employee doing everything! read more

I think the best thing is the crepes but they are a bit pricy and the portions aren't very big. I have gotten their drinks but was disappointed at how watery and unflavorful they are. Some of their drinks just taste purely like syrup. I was not a fan of the ice cream. The pastries in the case were not very fresh. I would definitely get the crepes again but I was not a big fan of the other things. read more

Excellent crepes. My first time ordering from Crepe Factory, I tried : 1) Banana Nutella crepes - One of the most popular menu items - very good. Fresh & better than I can make at home. 2) Lemon Sugar crepe - Simple but packed with flavor. One of the best versions I've ever tried. Highly recommend trying it with a cup or tea or coffee, was very rich & buttery. 3) Italian Rainbow cake - Good, small-ish serving, very sweet. I tried it just because I've never had the cake version of Italian rainbow cookies. I can check this off my list now - under things I haven't tried. Overall, great place for crepes. Plan to return & try the savory crepes next time. Agree with the other positive reviews. This place is one of the best crepe restaurants in NYC. read more

I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are about. I've been here 3 times already and had nothing but a pleasant experience each time. If you want a really good crepe this is the place for you. The crepe is cooked perfectly, they don't skimp on ingredients, and it's the perfect size. I'll come back here every time I'm craving a crepe. Don't listen to the bad reviews, try and decide for yourself. read more

Super cute and well decorated shop with really good sweet/savory options! I ordered the Ice Cream crepe to-go -- came with Nutella, strawberry, banana, ice cream and whipped cream. Small front with delicious sweets. Coming here after class was the best feeling. Peaches and cream milkshake and the 3rd wheel crepe. peachy milkshake with whipped creme. Took a bite, oh crepe! X_X So delicious I could lather in the spicy mayo and exfoliate my palate with the feta cheese. I felt like I was swimming in a crepe dream, there was only flavor in any direction and the horizon was painted with the dressing. I ordered from seamless and it was pretty easy. I got a veggie crepe that was custom made with spinach and feta cheese. Delivery was on time AND the crepe was still warm. I hope to order again soon! read more

#1: They were NOT Wearing a mask the whole time. #2: when they were putting the crepe mix into a cup, a little spilled on the table. He proceeded to brush it into the cup from the table. FYI, this table was used to exchange money. #3: The guy was mixing the waffle mix while talking and NOT wearing a mask. #4: the woman was not wearing gloves. Overall, We ordered multiple drinks and we decided not to drink it after finding out (even though we spent $30 there) We had high hopes for this place but unfortunately, their sanitation is not up to our minimum standards especially during COVID times. read more

Caveat: I am NOT a crepe fan (wife is though). We have gone here several times: my wife orders her usual ham/mozzarella crepe and I typically stick with a panini. The ingredients are fresh and their crepes taste at least as good as any I've had other places in Brooklyn (the wife swears they are the best in town). The paninis are good, but surprisingly the desserts are great! Their cheesecake really surprised me. I think it beats out Junior's. However, I'm not a fan of the teas as these are pretty simple brews. The customer service is FANTASTIC though! Even if the food was terrible (it's not), we would go here for the staff. Employees seem to genuinely love their jobs and talk with you without hovering. Recently, I ordered a crepe and 2 desserts for my wife's anniversary while I was out of town. The employees not only read the tiny GrubHub note to ring the bell, BUT the delivery guy actually wished my wife a happy anniversary as I asked (not expecting they would even read the note). They exceeded my wildest expectation. The employees took the time and initiative to include a handwritten note wishing my wife a happy anniversary with something to the effect that no one should have to do dishes on their anniversary. They even wrote "happy anniversary" on the food containers! This example highlights the detail employees put into their work and food, even for a measly $14 delivery order. The Crepe Factory definitely on our list of all-time New York favorites. read more

Even though the place is small, the crepes are delicious. I recommend the Nutella crepe and the three cheese crepe.

Awesome for pick up or delivery I love seasonal options for crepes. The sweet ones are my favorite but they offer savory as well.

I can not with the service. Always rude to their customers. Crepes are good but where can anyone go wrong with Nutella! Smile a bit, it will bring you more business !!! read more

I was a loyal customer from Crepe factory. I seriously regret wasting my money in this place. I never had an issue until now. I ordered a Nutella and banana crepe but once I received it, the crepe was so stale. It seemed they over heated/cooked the crepe that it became hard and it barely had any banana. I guess since they ran out they cut the pieces so so small there was barely any in there. I decided to call and let them know the issue so at least in the future they won't give any other customer including me a crepe that was done so poorly and even tho it's just $8.50 it's still my money and I expect the quality of the crepe to be good if I am paying for it. So when the lady picked up she asked me for my name, what time I ordered and if I ordered from Uber eats or Grubhub. I answered all her questions and she was very sassy and rude and tells me she doesn't see anyone with that name that has ordered anything. I told her it's so disappointing the way instead of apologizing she was nasty and rude and didn't even care how many times I was loyal to this shop. Well maybe one less customer doesn't mean anything to them so I guess I'll just order from else where. read more

The guy is a miserable and brings down the quality of the establishment like a miserable goofy in Disney world. He's so rude. He tells customers to wear masks when he wears his beneath his mouth. He tells them to wait outside in freezing temperatures and refuses to bring it out. He just nods at you when it's ready. I really hope this place closes. My food was drenched in Mayo and the crepe sucked. The wait time is long and the service is awful. Take your money elsewhere than the crepe factory. Not as happy and fun as an establishment it should be. read more

Simply put, the crepes here are banging. It's a hole in the wall spot pumping out delicious crepes. Small but bright, well decorated, and cozy. I mean it won't transport you to a cafe in Paris or anything, but it'll make ya feel cozy amidst the busy Brooklyn streets. Their crepes are thin and light but better yet, they offer a variety of fillings to make the most delicious combinations you can dream of. Whether it be savory or sweet, they got just the right treat for everyone. "The Third Wheel" was my pick of the evening. A combination of banana, peanut butter, nutella, and graham cracker crumbs topped with powdered sugar and cinnamon. Now this is the kinda third wheel I don't mind having around all the time. It was divine. Done perfectly right. Thin n' light and perfectly stuffed with the right amount of filling. A hidden gem in Bay Ridge you'd easily miss but trust me, you don't wanna miss out on these crepes! read more

Mistake one, I used grubhub to complete the order. Not saying grubhub is bad but people have a tendency to not read the order request in its entirety. Due to them rushing to get it out mistakes were made on my order; things were missing that I paid for, it was over cooked, and it tasted bland. This was a huge disappointment to me. All I can say is mmmmmmmmmmmmm. We ordered a nutella crepe and a nutella/banana crepe. AMAZING is all I have to say!! I couldn't eat the whole thing...it was really rich, but they gave me a container to take home for later. I also got an iced latte, which was good---and they have decaf, which is a must for me. I don't think the prices were outrageous....the crepes cost $4 and $5....and seriously, they are big (and again rich), so sharing is definitely an option if you just want to stop in for a coffee/tea and a dessert. They have sweet and savory crepe options....will definitely try savory the next time I go...but seriously, I don't think anything can top the banana nutella one. This worker named Angie or something like that is very rude. The shop closes at 11pm. It was not even 10:30 yet and she says "why does people always have to come last minute?". Came by for an afternoon snack with my daughter and husband. Very cute little place. We ordered a nutella strawberry banana crepe, a Reeses crepe and any iced coffee to stay. The service was pleasant and when served my iced coffee, I was impressed that I was asked to let her know if I need any adjustments. She also brought our crepes our the table. First came the nutella strawberry banana. It was good but no wow factor. The Reeses was boring. Just peanut butter in a crepe. I thought the crepes lacked presentation. No fresh fruit on top to garnish or whipped cream. I think that would make a big difference. Overall I liked it enough to go back and try something different. read more

I've been going to this place for a while now when I was pregnant I would go here almost weekly even sometimes 2x a week and the crepes were amazing I use the word were and I can only give it 4 stars for now because the girl who used to work here a lot I haven't seen her and there's a new worker and boy her crepes are in need of More training to be honest she doesn't let them sit for the right amount of time so when you get the crepe it's basically half raw dough which makes the whole crepe taste bad and it's extremely soggy the first time I seen her there since there have been new faces lately I figured ok new person but the crepe will be the same and that 1st time it was raw wasn't even warm when I went to eat it and I usually eat it as soon as I walk to the car after buying it anyway I said to myself everyone makes mistakes no biggie than I went again Sunday and it was the same situation So now I'm thinking to myself ahhh this was not worth it I I hate being judgmental but I even said when she's there I won't buy anything because she doesn't cook it right and I come from a bit of a drive to look forward to something and it's undercooked and Soggy that makes the whole idea of going out for desert a bad experience anyway I hope the regular workers come back soon they are truly missed I won't say don't try these crepes but judge for yourself and see because when there made right there awesome! Hopefully they can re train the new people this way there regulars and new customers keep coming without minding spending the cash or taking the drive from home !!' read more

I come here often and always deal with terrible customer service. I figured hey, I guess you don't HAVE to be in a good mood to serve but this time was the LAST straw. I get the SAME crepe every time, banana, strawberries and Nutella. It's hard to mess that up, but last few times they were VERY scarce with the fruit. Uneven portions so this time I mentioned if they can make sure I get bananas as last time there were hardly any... the woman was soooo nasty, got super defensive and said they make it right every time. No ma'am I just deal with it every time and today I mentioned it hoping they'd just be mindful. I will NOT be coming back here again. I could deal with the sour faces when you walk in with NO greeting but I won't deal with disrespect. I walked over to Omonia and got the same crepe with AMAZING service with a better venue and seating. read more

Cute little place to get breakfast! There is seating here so it's definitely a more relaxed environment to eat. The coffees are reasonably priced and really good! This is my second time here and both times have been pretty enjoyable. The dessert crepes are fantastic! It's so nice and warm and drowning in Nutella! The smore crepe actually had plenty of melted marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs. The basil pesto crepe was good but it was way too greasy. My whole crepe was drowning in oil. Service is pretty good! Crepes were delicious but it wasn't super unique or absolutely to die for. read more

This place had a yummy peppermint mocha latte. It was very hot when I got it which is important. It wasn't overly sweet. I ordered it with skim milk and it came very creamy ( I feel as though they may not have used skim even though that's what I asked for. It was delicious though). Mediocrity at its finest. Terrible service. Front counter felt like she didn't want to be there. I know how it feels like to not love the place you work, but I never project that to my customers, it's not their fault I'm a loser. My job is to make sure they have a great customer experience when they are there. So the service sucks and the product sucks. Nothing earth shattering about the food.
