I reached out with a very last-minute request to have a custom ring made for my wedding, and from the very first phone call, Megi was warm, kind, and incredibly reassuring. She immediately understood what I was hoping for and didn't hesitate to take on the challenge, even though the timeline was really tight. What stood out the most was how thoughtful and genuinely caring she was throughout the entire process. She communicated clearly, kept me in the loop every step of the way, and made sure all the details were exactly what I wanted. She never made me feel like I was a burden or asking too much even though I know the turnaround time was no small task. The rings were not only beautifully made but were finished and finished and shipped so quickly that they arrived in time without any stress on my end. When I opened the box, I was blown away. She had wrapped them beautifully and had even placed a gift bag and tissue paper in there so I can give it to my sister on my wedding day. It was perfect!!!! Knowing how much care went into making it -- especially under the pressure of a short deadline -- made it all the more meaningful. Megi truly went above and beyond, and I could feel how much she cared about making this gift special. It's rare to find someone who's both incredibly professional and so kind-hearted. I'm so grateful to her and the LaGravinese team for making something both my sister and I will cherish for the rest of my life. I live in Florida and will forever use them my jeweler for this very reason!! If you're thinking of working with them, especially on something custom or meaningful, please don't hesitate. Everything came back perfect. All adjustments were done to specification, and they were smart enough to adjust the length of my bracelet from both sides instead of just from one like I had asked, which keeps the pendant more centered. I also noticed my gold plated chain came back even more shiny and gold so I don't know if it was re-plated or just polished and cleaned but I love it. Great job! And I believe I spent only about a $100 for all three things which was extremely worth it. Turnaround was about a week and they had a good process to set up the pickup to ensure no one can just take your jewelry.

I contacted customer service and spent a significant amount of time going back and forth with them through their chat. The problem is that their chat is extremely slow, with 30+ minutes sometimes passing between responses. I was able to communicate with them, but only by sitting around waiting for each response, making it a very frustrating and impractical way to resolve an issue. They agreed to fix the bracelet but would only cover $100 of return-shipping insurance, despite the bracelet being worth significantly more and having sentimental value. They refused to cover the additional insurance I had originally paid for. I ultimately suggested receiving store credit for the insurance cost, which they agreed to, but the issue still went unresolved. Months later, the bracelet is still unwearable. I recently reached out again and, once again, have received no response through the chat. Mistakes happen, but the company policy to not match insurance value and the lack of functional customer service have been disappointing & gave more frustration than it's worth. I gave 2 stars because I did have two other previous items that were completed without issue. You just have to hope nothing goes wrong.

I would absolutely not recommend this place. I came to this store today, June 23, 2026, at around 3…read morep.m. because I needed jewelry repair. When we arrived at the store, the initial experience was normal and professional with the First Lady that greeted us.(Unfortunately, I can't remember her name; she was professional.) I needed my 1ct platinum engagement ring, 1ct platinum wedding band, and a gold bracelet repaired. We received a cost estimate for repair, and we agreed on the repairs. We got a receipt with the jewelry breakdown, and I noticed that the engagement ring had no GIA serial number listed; my diamond is GIA certified . So I asked for the GIA serial number to be listed on the receipt for security on both my end and the store's end. Michelle proceeded to involve herself when I asked the store associate to please include the diamond GIA inscription number. Michelle asked me why I needed that included and got offended that I even asked and proceeded to tell me that they are a reputable company for over 20 years. I told her I just need it so when I pick up my ring, I'm certain it's the same one I dropped off. (This should be standard in all jewelry stores.) She then grabbed my ring and dropped it and became very aggravated with me. She claimed she couldn't even see the inscription because it was small. Her brother, Chris, told her what loop magnification to use, and she told me to look at it myself, and they would write it. Michelle, I can't believe you have been in business for 20 years and you don't know how to use a basic loop. Shame. I was made to feel like my 1ct was insignificant and small to see the inscription. After that bad experience paired with Michelle's attitude , I requested to cancel the repair. Michelle asked me why I felt like I needed to cancel only because of the inscription. I said it was for my comfort, and I no longer felt comfortable. I received all my jewelry back and left the store. I feel like it's important to post about my experience in this establishment because I still don't understand what I did wrong to be treated differently. Microscopic verification is a must. I should not have to request this!!! Michelle needs to look deep within herself and ask herself why she felt the need to treat a customer the way she treated me today. My 1ct might be insignificant to you, but to me, it means the world. do better.
