They see me standing there in my blocked driveway looking at them waving my arms. Now I need to start yelling for them to move. Dude gets in the truck and I said you can park in front of my house just don't block my driveway. So I leave and this is where the story would have ended and I would have moved on and forgotten about it... until I came home 45 minutes later and the same truck was BLOCKING MY DRIVEWAY AGAIN. They could have parked that vehicle in front of my house without blocking my driveway and it only would have been 15 feet further away, but instead they thought they were entitled to park wherever they wanted to because apparently they are more important than me, the home owner, that isn't even having the work done. This review never would have happened if they showed an ounce of respect and didn't block my driveway a SECOND time after I asked them not to. Having big trucks and equipment doesn't entitle you to be lazy and put it wherever you want. I shouldn't have to be impaired much less explain myself to leave my house that you're not even working at.

We were followed up with a phone call by our next-door neighbor that they had dropped a giant sized limb from the tree onto their car and totaled their brand new vehicle. All Pro had a great reference from a neighbor and underbid all the other services. They had proof of insurance and scheduled us far in advance, keeping to their word even the day after a snowstorm. The 80 foot tree was wedged narrowly in between my neighbor's house and my garage. These professionals tackled it like surgeons in a way that made it look safe and easy. I even manage to do a bunch of conference calls in the house during the job. It wasn't as disruptive as I thought it would be. It turned out that they needed a crane to do the job but even so they kept to the original rate. I recommend them 100% on fairness and professionalism.
