Over the cause of several months in 2025, i spent significant time & money having my steering system completely overhauled where yet the original problem was never fixed. April 14th, 2025: Had a new power steering pump installed. August 25th, 2025: Had extensive work don, including the installation of a steering wheel rack & pinion, rack assembly, steering rack control valve, power steering hose, 2 tie rods, & a full alignment (AFE) @ where steeve monty directed me to go. Because they don't have the machine to do alignment. Despite all of these components beign replaced, my vehicle continued to experience persistent on & off stiffness in the steering. i brought this to the attention of Steeve Monty, who acknowledged the issues & instructed me to bring my vehicle back for correction. i drove my vehicle back for corrective service on 5 separate occasions:-september 8th, 2025. September 29th, 2025. October 6th, 2025. November 5th, 2025. And December 1st, 2025. i kept telling steeve that my steering wheel stiffness was still happening. To this day, the problem remains entirely unresolved. This shop proved completely incapable of diagnosing or fixing their own installation errors. Very very unhappy with all the running around, & the poor job that they did on my vehicle. in conclusion, i don't blame steeve but the inexperienced mechanic that did the work. i love steeve, knowing him, & dealing with him. i have never met a good man like him. Very honest, happy, & friendly. i have known & dealing with him since when he was in south orange. He took very good care of me & my e320 & my ml 500. Never ever had any problems with him. i asked him couple of times that what was the problem by saying hello to some of your mechanics, & they wont open their mouth to respond? Pricing offered was highly competitive and after seeing other customer's reviews and pictures- it was clear that Otis was a consummate professional. I especially liked seeing that he provided proactive picture/video updates on the work being performed. When I arrived at the shop I met another very friendly customer/friend of Otis. We had a great chat about all things Lexus and admired each other's cars (his car was way nicer to look at!) This is the experience you want at a shop - a great sense of community and opportunity to network. The customer's son arrived shortly after and the convos continued. Otis did a preliminary quick inspection and began the work while I strolled off to get a bite to eat. He kept me posted and noted one anomaly (out of anyone's control-it is a 20 yr old car that I bought last year- who knows what it has seen!) Still, he went out of his way to offer solutions and help get me squared away. The work was meticulously completed really quickly and he was extra patient to walk through things and answer all my questions about future work/maintenance. From the moment I pulled up a rep came out to greet me and welcome me to the establishment and introduce himself. Held the door open for me and everything. Then the rep proceeded to ask me questions which he then used to recommend a tint that would meet my preference . So i decided on 20% tint. They showed me the waiting area and put on a movie of my preference, so i can watch while i wait. (Awesome) once job was completed they walked me around the car to show me the completed project and explain some do's and don'ts for the next few days. To wrap this up the customer service was outstanding, workmanship very professional and price was good. DO NOT TRUST THE "LIFETIME WARRANTY"! I called ahead to ask…read moreif the lifetime warranty on my tint covered sun fading, and the woman on the phone confirmed that it did. But when I arrived at the shop, she completely changed her story. The staff inside inspected my car and agreed the tints were faded--especially the rear window. My car was supposed to be tinted 20% all around, but you can clearly see in the photos that the front windshield is much darker than the back. One of the workers even pointed that out himself. Things took a turn when he called the owner to confirm, and she got on the phone pretending like I hadn't called just two hours earlier. She claimed the shop had "changed owners" the same year I got my tint done, and because of that, they no longer honor the lifetime warranty. If that's the case, why did she tell me otherwise on the phone? Why keep the same shop name, same logo, and same prices--but conveniently refuse to honor warranties from the "old owner"? To make it worse, she offered to redo the tint--for $20 less than what I paid originally. Not exactly a solution when I just wasted a 45-minute drive and had already been misled. Giving two stars only because the workers inside were respectful and admitted the sun fading was obvious. Otherwise, it'd be a one-star review. Bottom line: Save your money and skip the warranty--they'll find an excuse not to honor it. And who knows... they might just "change owners" again when it's inconvenient for them.

Guy told us the service would cost $50 and take about 90 minutes. Because we were on a time constraint, I politely offered $100 if the work could be expedited. He took offense, called the offer insulting, said he would not do the job even for $200, and told us to leave. We were not rude or disrespectful, and I explained that the offer was made in good faith, but he refused to reconsider. While he had every right to decline expedited service, the hostile response and refusal to serve us left me feeling unwelcome and unfairly judged. I cannot say what motivated his reaction, but I questioned whether our appearance played a role. The issue was not that the shop could not accommodate our requested timeline; it was the hostile way the request was handled and the decision to refuse service altogether. Because we were denied the opportunity to receive the quoted tire-mounting service and were treated disrespectfully when we asked about expediting it, I cannot recommend this establishment.
