Go to spot for all things Jeep Helped guide me in the right direction for my needs will be back with any further and future needs for my Jeep

Jeff runs a great shop! He helped me out in a pinch when my beadlock ring sheered 7 bolts. He had to pull all of the broken bolts, saved my wheel, and got me back on the road. I came back a few weeks later to get the rest of my wheels redone and got that job done quickly too. DON'T GET YOUR BEADLOCKS DONE AT A STANDARD TIRE SHOP, even if they say they do it. Gotta go to the experts like Arabia's. You get what you pay for. This is advertised as a Jeep shop but they didn't even give me a hard time for being Yota man.

UPDATE: Another 5 star review for these guys! This time it's the work you can't see that matters. Took my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sport in for a 4.56 re-gear and ARB air locker install. (If you're running 35"+ tires without a regear I'd HIGHLY advise you get it done if you care about the longevity of your Jeep). Dropped it off and a few days later it was ready to go with a new 1350 driveline from Southbay Driveline and an armor install that I attempted to do myself (huge mistake) and they did an incredible job at installing and fixing the damage that I had caused. It drives like a new Jeep with so much more power. If you want work done right with a name that backs it up. Arabia's is the best option. When you want something done right the first time. After an extensive series of issues with my handling and stability. I finally got into Arabia's and they found the issues quick with a fast turn around. I never knew my jeep could handle so well. Dynatrac rebuildable ball joints, HD Metal Cloak hi steer kit, front trac bar, and tie rod. At this point in my life I firmly believe that you get what you pay for. At Arabia's you are getting decades of experience with a highly qualified staff.

Will likely update this over time, but wanted to quickly put in a review after two major upgrades to my 03 TJ. First, we replaced front and back bump bumper and added a tire carrier along with Metalcloak side armor. Next we did a 4.5" long arm lift. What really made me happy with Arabia's was Jack's communication through both upgrades. From the time we started planning the project to completion, he worked with me on my time to educate me and discuss options. He also helped me with some small fixes afterwards. I'll see how it does on the trail, but the so far the installation has been top notch.

He had previously sold his 4Runner for an F250 and had all of these brand-new and almost plug-and-play components. There were a few Maestro units that I had to use to utilize some of the stock controls. Additionally, one item was defective and brand new, and they were able to get it warrantied. They also had to reflash my Maestro RR because it was specified to a JBL audio system and had to be a non-JBL system. Previously, I had upgraded the stock speakers with Focal all around. I visited CA Car Sounds and informed them about my requirements. It took a few trips to determine if I needed any additional components that were not already installed. They provided me with a quote, which was reasonable given the complexity of the work. They mentioned that they would need the vehicle for 1-2 days, which was acceptable to me. I wanted the work to be completed without any rush. My specific needs were to have the amplifier bolted to a plate under the passenger seat and to avoid bolting the amplifier to the floorboard if possible. I also wanted to use the same SiriusXM stock antenna on my vehicle and retain my stock microphone as well as the steering wheel controls. I was somewhat apprehensive about how the setup would sound, but I was assured by Raymond, Austin, and others that I would not be disappointed with the Stealth box and the subwoofer. When I picked up my vehicle, Raymond accompanied me through the controls and demonstrated how it sounded. I was thoroughly satisfied. Everything looked and sounded excellent. They met my needs and addressed my concerns. The quality of work they put into customers' cars is exceptional. I would like to say thank you to Raymond, Austin and their installers

When I dropped the truck off and later picked it up, I was told after the fact that they had installed a completely different set of speakers because the Focal speakers I had purchased were back ordered by about a week. Instead of calling or texting to ask whether I wanted to wait or reschedule, the shop decided on its own to install a different brand and type of speaker without my consent. This is not acceptable. As a result, I had them remove everything and return the truck to stock. My weekend was spent shuttling the truck back and forth, the door panels were removed twice, and I am left exactly where I started weeks ago except with wasted time and frustration. What is hardest to understand is the decision making process. There was no phone call, text, or email before making a material change to the agreed upon work. Installing a different product without customer approval is baffling. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

After doing extensive research on MPP suspension upgrades, I reached out to TDW Auto and sent a summary of my desired scope of work, my budget, and a request for feedback on whether I had the correct approach in addressing my concerns. From Will's first response, we had seamless back-and-forth conversations over E-mail and text to clarify the current setup of my car, highlight my major concerns, address these concerns with the proper MPP upgrades, and align on my budget, must-haves, and nice-to-haves. There was never once an upsell; only cautionary words of unnecessary upgrades for my use case, which is really just the daily work commute in a lowered setup for personal aesthetic purposes. My original request included MPP front upper control arms and rear traction arms with my Unplugged Performance lowering springs, along with swapping out the front lowering control arms and rear camber arms. However, Will explained that the FUCAs and traction arms served no improved performance for commuting, and that the existing springs were more of a budget-friendly fit that compromised on long-term performance due to its reliance on Tesla stock dampers. Instead, he recommended swapping out the springs for MPP coilovers, and replacing the toe arms in conjunction with the camber arms to improve upon long-term lowered car hardware wear-and-tear. I followed up with Will after our virtual exchanges to get his opinions in person. He took me out for a test ride with me in the passenger seat, immediately identifying that my dampers were squeaking noticeably and that hard cornering at highway speeds felt bumpier than it should. Additionally, he patiently answered all my technical questions over the hour I was there, and adjusted the quotation when I made the final decisions on the suspension refresh. Will was completely transparent about pricing: he categorized the costs by the "front" and "rear," clearly highlighting the number of hours required to replace the front control arms, coilovers, and rear camber and toe arms. Alignment was included in the coilover work as well as solid front lower control arm pressing. He was even able to slot me in his 2-3 weeks' booked schedule on short notice because I wanted to complete the suspension refresh before making a drive to Canada. I picked up my car today after leaving my car overnight, and am extremely satisfied with my decision and results. Special shoutout to Mike, who I believe is the other co-founder and technician who stayed late just to work on my car to meet my schedule!
