2 of my buddies went to get work done at this shop and said that the shop broke brackets off of their sensors and caused their cars to have multiple lights and warnings pop on their car. This shop take no accountability and claimed that the reason why these codes popped up is due to the modifications installed and the car needing a recalibration. They went to get second opinions from other shops and being that my buddies don't work internally on their vehicles , the other shops they went to get a second opinion on while getting recalibrated is that "whoever worked on this vehicle broke the brackets off that were part of the front bumper sensor. For the same situation to happen twice would not be a coincidence. Hearing all of this, I would not take my vehicle to this shop for any work. read more

I've gotten 2 of my cars bagged there. Both times left with check engine light. The first time I thought it was a fluke. So I took 2nd car to get worked on and same. The first timw the check engine light went on and had a lot of issues with my car when I left and Mario was saying my car probably had the check engine light for a while. I never had a CEL before. I take car home and tell me why they tapped into an ecu fuse. Like wtf. I move the tap to an accessory fuse and cel gone. 2nd car got bagged and I got another cel. Same deal. They tapped into an ecu fuse. I take my car to get height sensors at another shop (tired but f getting cel from modz) and they tell me 1 compressor isn't working. Modz didn't even check it. I bought new compressors and wire cuz they told me to and they didn't even wire it right. No wonder my tank would fill too slow. Once your car leaves the lot, they are the hardest to get a hold of. read more

I have gotten alot of work done at 38carmodz, all I can say is it is not worth the money and not worth your time. if your willing to sit and wait 5 hours every single time you go to get anything done even a simple oil change just be prepared for that wait time. ive been told to come at 12 and I've left at 5pm it's ridiculous these guys don't know how to manage the different cars that they have to work on and leave people waiting forever your better off just leaving the car but even then the work they do isnt worth what you will be paying.
