When he came back in, he said it would be $1100. I told him no thank you and I was going to get other bids. Then he asked me for $250 for coming out and so I wrote him a check. I spoke to a woman named Jen from the office and she said yes it was a miscommunication but to go from $300 to $680 before taxes to then $1100 feels pretty unethical to me. If you make a mistake in your bidding process at your office, have some integrity and accept responsibility and meet somebody in the middle.

Paul was able to squeeze me in towards the end of the day due to a cancellation, so I can tell that he takes care of new customers just as well as existing. After a couple hours he deemed that the wiring and circuit to the fridge was just fine and that the issue is probably the fridge itself (which is unfortunate, but at least he didn't have to tear my wall apart!).
