We meet with Ron a couple weeks after the baby was born, and we followed up with pictures at three months, six months, nine months and at one years old. Shortly thereafter we had a beautiful, personalized collage on a thick, quality paper that hangs up in our house as we speak. We were able to pick the poses that we liked the most and Ron took some beautiful pictures. Ron was also very kind and understanding as our busy schedules had us changing appointments on the fly but Ron took it all in stride and always made us feel very comfortable. The only complaint I would have is that the pictures are a little bit pricey, but if you can afford it, it's definitely money well spent. We ended up buying some extra pictures we really liked. As long as I can afford it, I will definitely come back.

The staff was both caring and patient while helping me try a variety of healthier foods for my fuzzy kids. Sorry, but when we come in WEEKLY and buy the exact same items, yet get charged a different amount every single time & then when we finally ask for a receipt for once to discover you over charged us you want to claim we somehow hid the "extra item". You searched your database to find my personal phone number to call to yelling at us & refusing to even allow us to speak. The second we'd try to say anything you'd hang up like a child. Your manager needs some serious training on proper customer service & how to actually talk AND listen to people. Also, learn to properly label your animals. just like the bamboo I called you out on before, that "banana spider" you have in there does not carry the spider morph. it is just a plain, single gene banana. When we pointed it out to one of your associates last week when we were in, he told us "yeah, we know, but we think it has a "wobble" so we labeled it as spider too. That's not how that works! Stop ripping people off & then yelling at them when your called out on it. Your manager needs to put her narcissism to the side, as someone who has worked retail management for over 10 years myself, I could never imagine telling a loyal customer who shops at my establishment multiple times a month, every month, for over 5 years now to never return rather than just accept that maybe my sales associate made a mistake. You are a grown, beyond middle aged woman, who acted like a toddler. Learn proper customer resolution skills!
