The team was incredibly patient, kind, and welcoming as they introduced Maron to grooming and social experiences. They helped him build confidence around other dogs and groomers in a positive, stress-free environment, which made a lasting impact on him as he grew. Every time Maron came home from Bark Boutique, he looked absolutely amazing. His coat was brushed to perfection, he smelled incredible, and everyone commented on how handsome he looked. As a long-haired German Shepherd owner, I can honestly say they were able to get him cleaner and fluffier than we ever could at home. What stood out most was how much they genuinely cared. Communication was always excellent, and the staff was warm, friendly, and wonderful to work with every time we dropped him off. We always felt confident that Maron was in the best hands. We recently moved, and Bark Boutique is one of the things we'll miss most. We are so grateful for the care they gave Maron during his first year of grooming. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer who will treat their dog like family.

Every time. Every single time it was different and not the way it was su to be per pictures sent. I finally had the nerve to say something. Owner Liz said no refunds would be made. Either cut it again or nothing. Then she offered a partial refund that would be refunded in 2-3 days. Never received the partial refund. I called her about it. She refused. She saw my caller id from work. Lodged a complaint because I called from work and alleged I got her personal information from work computer. Really? Poor poor poor service!

    I'm a regular at Pam's Pets, we go a lot for supplies and maintenance items and feeder insects…read morealmost weekly. Recently they got two baby whites tree frogs and i've been looking at them the past couple times i've gone in (i already have two very healthy adult whites tree frogs) Today however, I went in for crickets and went to check on them and one was clearly dead. I tried my best not to say anything in store as other people were there and i was very uncomfortable and called after I left, wondering if it was maybe sick. I know they've just had a lot of new staff roll in but i was disturbed. The manager (who i will not name but i'm sure if you know you know ) tried telling me they didn't even have tree frogs and they wouldn't house two together if they even did, to which i said "I was just there and have been seeing them the past couple of weeks at the front" and he goes "well yeah okay we have two they're fine, what's wrong with em ?" and when i begin to explain he gets an attitude and goes "Lady i'm not the owner" and was just so rude. I have seen this man be so ugly to customers throughout the past year i've been going almost weekly. It's never been directed at me so i've tried not to say anything to or about this man but after what i experienced today i will NOT be going back. I knew what i saw and I tried finding reviews and went to Yelp where finally I found people with similar stories about the place. I was aware they were rude but wasn't aware they were so neglectful to the animals in store. I'm disgusted. I almost took photos of the dead baby frog but i really didn't want it on my phone. I was hoping to be wrong but at this point after all i've seen (them not properly cleaning cages after getting new inventory and just putting animals in there, clearly not knowing what they've got and what is healthy vs unhealthy) I think they should be held accountable. While I know they have some great staff that actually care and know about animals, but clearly some really, REALLY, are damaging to the animals and their customer base.
