The condition of the place is beyond horrible. I'm not usually the kind of guy that would mind a…read morelil dirt here and there but I physically could not stay in the building for longer than a few minutes. The smell of old urine and fecal matter was so strong that it made me almost threw up. There was also animals that were not supposed to be outside in 100° Weather like this black cat that was beside a pile of waste in the front. It's not right to have conditions like this. There was even poop on the floor and other workers were nonchalant about anything. I guess their olfactory senses were shot because God it smelled like a pile of corpses dripped in rotten sewage. Fix the conditions and treat the animals better. No living creature deserves to live in these kind of conditions. The smell also sank into my clothes. Never will I go back..I honestly wished the city would do something.
