So I read the reviews and what do you know there are others talking about a rude receptionist Wooow what a surprise. Find a more professional receptionist and if they don't like their job FIND ANOTHER ONE some people need to take their animals in for their heath and you're preventing them from that process, so my one star is warranted because how can this business thrive when they have a person like that working the front desk which takes their patients info for appointments ???????
