This time this young man finished working with his previous customer and quickly came up to me and asked if I needed help. I was interested in Angel Fish, he asked me if there was any particular one I liked. I picked two of them. I asked advice about the fish that help clean tank (algae eaters). He showed me a few species, asked about the size of my tank and helped me with my choice. Great place to find anything you are looking for, whether it's fish, reptiles, ferrets, rabbits, etc.

Lucian, who suffers from anxiety, refused to eat and lost a significant amount of weight during his previous stay. When I contacted Pet Lodge, the owner Dan was incredibly kind and provided detailed information about prices and required vaccinations. Upon dropping off Lucian, I was touched by how Dan interacted with my dog, showing genuine care and affection. I felt relieved to learn that Lucian would have his own quiet space to eat and rest, unlike his previous experience of being constantly on the move. The turnaround in Lucian's behavior and mood was remarkable - he greeted us happily upon our return and looked healthy and content. Pet Lodge has earned my trust, and I

I can say this - Greg has done a really good job with his store and his livestock. The tanks are clean and the fish seem happy. They do what they need to quarantine if needed, and their livestock selection is phenomenal. The prices are also reasonable. I know I'm not getting ripped off when I walk through the door. Like many fish stores, it's a tad warm, but during the winter, it feels nice. Overall, a solid LFS for NorthEast Ohio.

The owners are so conscientious not only of your pets and their needs but also of your home. The will bring in mail, adjust lights if you are away for an extended period of time, provide transportation to vet/groom visits, diligently dispense medication and on each visit leave you a detailed note so you are aware of outdoor breaks etc. I have needed last minute help more times than I care to admit and Kathy and Tom have met and exceeded my needs every single time. On occasions where there was a pet health concern I have been notified immediately and professionally. I could go on and on. Nannimals is exceptional!

They use a lot of floating plants and display tanks to grow their mosses and ferns, and I have a suspicion they occasionally get swapped, put into a different tank, split between, etc. While I believe Agno does the best with its capabilities, there is a decent potential for contamination. I purchased some Kubotai that were right next to a tank of Galaxies that were under quarantine and being treated for Ich. Neither tank had a closed top and a couple weeks later half my kubos had white spots. Luckily I caught it soon and they all survived. Another time, I had baby snails in some java moss that was not from a snail tank. Just be aware these things can happen in smaller, more cramped places. Again, I firmly believe they try their very best and follow all the common procedures, but accidents do happen. In their defense, they always try to fix a problem or address a complaint. I just wish they could upgrade the space.
