If they do show up, they don't finish the job when they say they will. You end up calling them multiple times to finish what they started, and they never come back to complete the work. Trapline is the exception to that rule. I made contact with them, they showed up as promised, and did all the work they said they would. They got rid of some very destructive raccoons for me and repaired my soffits. They gave me a quote and a handshake, and they delivered on all of it in a very tight time schedule. I never had to call them back. They did the work they promised completely without any prompting from me. That is rare in this day and age. If you are in the Orlando area and have critters driving you crazy call Trapline and let them take care of it for you. You guys deserve the five stars, you earned it. I got a response before 7am and someone was out by 11am. I was impressed by the quick response and showing up on time a couple days before the holiday. Nestor, the tech who came out was friendly, respecting of our home and in my mind conducted one of the most thorough and honest free estimates. We have a pest contract with another company and he suggested we reach out to them as well to see if they would handle, what we thought to be a raccoon as to not violate our contract. He went into the attic (helping me move boxes so we could get into the second attic entrance) and found that it was a rat caught in a trap and it happened to be right on top of our hallway attic entrance flopping around. I was able to call my pest control company and they removed the rat and rechecked entry points and helped seal other potential areas that Nestor pointed out to me during the inspection. I would not hesitate to call them in the future and have reached out regarding a treatment for the attic to neutralize the rat feces.

They sent a wildlife guy to close up any openings. He was okay. But I could have done what he did! I now have another rodent in my ceiling. Chris from Custom Pest Solutions came out and spent quite a bit of time both inside and out, explained what he found and took care of. No more roaches or palmettos and did put a dent in the infestation but still they were a problem despite the baiting and all. The 2nd treatment took care of the remainder of those pesky little ants except for the family room. Called Custom and Christopher came right out. He found them nesting under my carpet pad! Problem solved. I've had interactions with 3 individuals at Custom. Each leaving me with the feeling "I like this company". After 3 visits from Chris, I've gotten to know him a bit. Very personable, intelligent, seems to love his job which I find rather comical, and has only good things to say about the company and the treatment of their employees.
