Making all my back ups incompatible, as the iPad Apple sent me was not compatible with US based Apple I-Cloud. I had AppleCare and was told by Apple that they cannot replace the iPad just because it's from a different country. I called Michael from Westgate Computer and he told me to let him handle it. So I took it in and Micheal did an amazing job. I now have an iPad Pro that I can use and is compatible in the United States. I was able to restore all my data back. Micheal was able to get Apple to understand that I purchased an iPad in the United States and live in the United States, when I had spent hours with senior level Apple Care advisors who were unwilling to do anything. Westgate Computer has definitely earned my business. Next time I upgrade it will be from these guys, I am very impressed with their service.

We returned the phone 3 different times so they could repair whatever it was that they broke. Finally, on the 3rd attempt, they broke the phone bad enough that it was not repairable. They then said that they would order a new replacement phone and that it would arrive in 3 days. After almost a week, they admitted that the USED replacement was not in good condition so they had to order "again", but it would be another 3 days. My wife uses this phone for business and we couldn't justify loosing more business on our end by continuing to miss phone calls and texts from our customers so we let the manager know that we would order a new one from AT&T and have it delivered overnight, and that we would expect them to reimburse us. No rebuttal from them at all. I arrived the following day to retrieve the damaged phone from them so I could transfer the information onto the new phone. Again, discussed the reimbursement with them...again, no rebuttal. Today I received payment from them for a fraction of the cost. Basically, I'm out $839 dollars because I made the mistake of trusting them to operate a respectable business. I do have text messages to backup everything that I'm saying, so feel free to ask and I'll share them with you. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT trust this dishonest company. If giving negative stars was an option, that's what they would receive from me. I've included a photo of the 2 managers that I've dealt with. A bad wind storm we had knocked out our power and was flickering off and on. I didn't know it…read morewould destroy my oven but it did. The range top kept working but I couldn't use the oven at all. I kept getting an error code. I called Direct Appliance after a couple other places refused to even come out where I live, about half the distance to the Boys Ranch. I talked to Bryan and he came out to check my range and said a part was fried and he would need to order the part and it would take about a week to get it and then install it. He gave me the price, I gave him half the cost so he could order the part after making sure he could get the part. My electric range is a smooth top and at least 17 years old and was new when we got our home. A week later he came out to install the new part and now my ranges' oven is working like new again. Getting it repaired was much cheaper than buying a new stove. Bryan was very nice, worked clean, had reasonable pricing for his work and most of all trustworthy. If you have an appliance problem and live outside of Amarillo like I do in Valle De Oro he will travel out here. Direct Appliance will be my go-to service when I need work done next time, be it washer, dryer, frig or stove.

They do give a lifetime warranty for the glass, so if it's not working properly they'll be able to replace it for you.
