They say all sales are final AFTER you try to return something. If all sales are final you are required to say it BEFORE the sale. Not after, or have POSTED signage saying all sales final. You could've told me all sales were final yesterday before I bought this crappy knife. it's barely sharp, i can get something sharper at walmart or a pawn shop. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for a good blade, Buy it online. I won't be coming back to this crap business. read more

I had fun shopping the stores owners/employee were VERY kind, and helpful. I bought a kitana set, a couple knifes, a steel fan, and wanted one of each of their dragon themed decor items. I love mideval looking things. They don't do any inhouse sharpening which would be a great, but they do tighten springs on switchblade knives. I don't live locally, but I will shop here again somehow. They don't have an online store because they are careful to prevent weapons like these getting where they shouldn't be. My shopping spree was awesome. I saw a sign on the highwayz and I'm glad I detoured to them. read more

Knifes are over priced for what they normally are online. Employees are okay it's what you would expect from them. The customer service is horrible though, no return policy or exchange policy. Horrible way to run a business honestly. It seems that the people that have been working there for a while don't care about the customers and just want to get the sale done with. read more

Rip off!!! They charged me $169 for a$59 dollar atomic knife. I'm sure they have marked all their Crappy products up. Stay away and do your research and save your self a few hundred dollars. Knife guys sucks. And they block you on there FB page if you complain. worst knife store ever. read more

I bought a knife from here. Went to to food court, got my food and sat down. I took out the knife to admire it like a kid with his new toy, thats when I noticed a chip in the blade. I took it back and they exchanged it right away. I went home and left the knife in car for the night. The next morning rolls around and I wanted to sharpen my knife. I go to open it and then it wouldn't even open. So, I go back to the store and ask if they could fix it for me. The worker tells me that she can't do anything about it and I should come back in an hour while the manager is there. After the hour wait I went back and at first I was told to there was nothing that could be done. After informing them that I purchased the knife only yesterday they very reluctantly decided to switch it out again. Wasn't impressed with these people at all. read more

I love The Knife Guys, but every time I go in there I always get mixed response of helpfulness or friendliness from the employees, I usually either get a lot of help or none at all with an attitude from some kid who looks like he doesn't want to be there. read more
