They didn't just try to "sell" me something they took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, walked me through options, explained materials in detail, and helped me make the right decision for my home. You can tell these guys are true experts at what they do. Installation... WOW. But what really took it to another level was the shower tile remodel. It looks like something straight out of a luxury magazine. The craftsmanship, precision, and finish are just next level. The installers were professional, respectful, and clearly take pride in their work. They showed up on time, kept everything clean, and treated my home like it was their own. They focus on large size porcelain and if you're in Vegas you have to stop by their showroom, it's massive and they have slabs on the wall already which is very helpful to see how your shower walls or fireplace could look with the stone. After we picked out our slabs, about a week later we sent a driver and they loaded the pieces so fast. The main slab yard is outside toward the back of the building and they are loaded with options. Will be back soon!

Before the countertop replacement, my kitchen was fully functional. What made this experience so…read moredisappointing is that a major limitation was never clearly explained before I signed the contract. Throughout the entire sales process, Ivy (the salesperson) never informed us that we would need to separately hire a licensed plumber to reconnect the faucet, garbage disposal, drain, and water lines after the countertop was installed. We paid $1,300 in labor charges ($400 for demolition/removal of the old tile backsplash and $900 for countertop installation), only to be told by the technicians on installation day that they were not licensed to reconnect these items. We also purchased a new sink and faucet from the company as part of the project. However, the faucet could not even be installed because the hole cut into the countertop was too small for it to fit. This meant we were left with a brand-new faucet that could not be used until the countertop was modified. To make matters worse, the technicians damaged the wall while removing the old tile backsplash and told us they were not responsible for repairing the damage. After the incomplete installation, we contacted the company to express our concerns. Their response was simply that the countertop installation had been completed according to the agreed scope of work and the fee paid, and that plumbing and electrical work were not included. My biggest concern is not that plumbing work was excluded--it is that this was never clearly disclosed before we signed the contract. Had we been told in advance, we could have planned accordingly or chosen another installer. I also question the company's process. If the technicians are not licensed to reconnect the faucet, drain, garbage disposal, and water lines, how were they permitted to disconnect and remove those same components in the first place? If they were unable to complete the job, they should have made that clear before accepting the installation fee. In addition, if the company supplied the new faucet, why was the countertop hole cut too small for the faucet they sold us? I would have preferred to purchase only the countertop and hire my own installer rather than pay for an installation that left my kitchen unusable. I hope future customers carefully review the contract and ask detailed questions about exactly what the installation includes--and, more importantly, what it does not include. Don't assume the installation fee means your kitchen will be fully functional when the work is finished.

TLDR: there are better vendors out there. The cabinet quality is okay for the discounted contractor…read moreprice but expect a lot of problems. No one on the granite factory direct team follows up with you or your contractor and it will make your contractors life and your life extremely difficult. They also seem to remove negative reviews from Google so be careful and read some of the older reviews. Here's my experience for those who are interested: With my measurements my contractor and I took they weren't able to draft up anything, they said that the contractor usually does everything. My contractor was confused as most other vendors out here have some sort of capability to visualize based on their inventory. After getting no where after a few visits we ended up drafting our own plans based on their inventory book they provided. Returned with my contractor placed the order after a few adjustments. They said our shipment should arrive with the next Monday delivery. This isn't their main location. The main company location is in San Diego. So they need to send trucks to get their orders fulfilled. My contractor went out to pick them up as scheduled and they only have the quartz slab and a single cabinet. Turns out something happened and it wouldn't arrive until the following week. Wait a week contractor goes back to pick things up and they don't have the order. Now that it's 2-3 weeks late I try to help by getting in touch and they keep saying "I'll have Sabrina (our sales associate) call you back". They also mention that they only talk or speak with contractors. On their website however you can purchase directly via Shopify so just beware of this piece of information. It made me think, oh if they are having issues it looks bad on the contractor vs granite factory direct since a deadline is not their problem. So contractors be careful. We never get a call back. Another week goes by I try and call, finally get through and they respond with "oh we ended up getting some of your items but the truck was too heavy, so your full order didn't arrive". Call back the following week "oh we ended up getting 3 white cabinets instead of the gray cabinets you ordered". Meanwhile me and my contractor had to do most of the calling they rarely called either of us back. Finally after a month and a half now and after calling enough times wondering where the heck the order is they give my number to the owner Maysam. He told us that apparently "a truck of theirs flipped" and that everything should arrive during the next shipment. I tell him hey I get it, stuff happens, it's been a while I just need some sort of communication here. Meanwhile I'm imagining what if I had done a big kitchen remodel and I've already gutted my kitchen waiting for these cabinets to arrive this would have been a nightmare. Wait for the delivery they say everything has arrived. My contractor goes to pick it up. Started constructing some of the cabinets and we soon realize we're still missing cabinets. I call Maysam which he is still not easy to get a hold of since apparently he's a very very busy guy. He tells me that he can deliver my cabinets to me on Thursday when the last cabinet should finally arrive. Thursday I give a call and a follow up text, no response. We call the main office, Sabrina reaches out to him to which he replies that he's going to send someone out today. We say okay, waited, and we heard nothing. Today we drove out to pick up the cabinets ourselves to which they didn't even want to let me pick up the cabinets since they only work with contractors. I try and call Maysam, no response, I call back he hangs up, I keep calling until I get a response, he tells me he's busy and to stop calling him and have my contractor reach out to the sales associate if there are issues. Overall probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I tried to ask for compensation for wasting mine and my contractors time and they denied. So both contractors and general public just be warned that the headache may not be worth it.
