North Coast Waterproofing drilled holes every 6" to 8" to insert ports in cold joints along the entire length back wall of our home. Next, they injected the ports with Seal Boss 1510 Water Stop Foam & Accelerator to protect against any potential water intrusion. Then they brushed two coats of Xypex Crystalline Waterproofing onto concrete wall and base next to the wall to keep water from wicking through the wall in the future. Finally, they pulled the ports and filled them with Xypex Hydro Plug. The North Coast Waterproofing crew was courteous, efficient and professional. There were no surprises with the bill. They cleaned up nicely and followed-up to make sure all was well. We've had several storms since then and no water intrusion!

Since the deck covers a living space, ensuring it was properly waterproofed was crucial to avoid any leaks. John and his team were excellent--easy to communicate with, prompt, and very pleasant. We navigated through two extremely rainy seasons without any problems. Fast forward to 2024, and despite an unforeseen issue where a nail had worked its way through the waterproofing, John promptly took care of the entire deck surface. The new coating has restored it to its original condition, which was a delightful surprise. We're extremely grateful for their outstanding work. Having a waterproof deck gives us peace of mind, and we no longer worry about the rain!

The service requested was up to my standards with them taking a couple days during each phases and displaying professionalism as they did their work. We removed a wall in our two story house a couple of years back and started to notice uneven floors…read morethroughout our house. I was worried that the beam supporting the roof was not adequate and that was leading to foundation issues. Most online advice suggested to hire a structural engineer to inspect the foundation, as contractors may blow minor issues out of proportion an suggest unnecessary repairs. The structural engineers quoted me $500 for an inspection and they wanted pictures from a foundation repair contractor anyways, since they wouldn't go into crawl spaces. I was losing sleep thinking about my uneven floors, so I decided to reach out to NorCal Ram Jack for a free estimate. What was there to lose? After filling out their online request form they reached out within a couple of hours and scheduled an appointment the following week with Adam, their Foundation Specialist. Adam showed up early and I was easily able to communicate my concerns to him. He measured the elevation differential throughout my house, asked about details of the removed wall and installed beam, and answered all my concerns. He walked us through his thought process and what signs of concerns we should look for that would warrant a foundation repair. We are lucky that our house currently doesn't have issues of concern, but I wouldn't hesitate to contact Ram Jack again with the peace of mind they gave us.
