I called earlier and scheduled an appointment and they provided a window of when they would come. They arrived and quickly got to work. In all fairness, I was out of his service area but he knew this when accepting the job. I knew this when calling him. I thought he was located in Mt. Airey, which is only an hour from my home, and we all know the DMV, an hour is not unacceptable when considering the overall traffic in our area. It should never have been a surprise at the 11th hour. I even texted with them that morning and prepped the house by moving all furniture clear of the windows. I was fully prepared to give him a hefty tip (although he obviously did not know this) as I was so excited to give a young kid, trying to start his own business, an opportunity.
