Well here we are for our family vacation in Lake Chelan and my granddaughters saw this park and since they are involved in gymnastics back home they had to come here and burn a little energy today. The park is kinda showing it's age a bit but the staff are friendly and the prices for the trampolines are reasonable so they went for one of the larger trampolines which was 12$ each for an hour they had blast. We come to Chelan every year is mine and my family favorite place. We been visiting Chelan since 2018, and I can sure say Aqua Park hasn't changed much then their cashiers they are always very nice girls our favorite Zoe wasn't there However my husband was happy to finally be able to understand the cashier being that she was bilingual and full of smiles Juliana I think was her name. Very well customer service. However I will complain about an older lady their today who refused to rent a boat to me and my family do to my weight. She was rude, she wouldn't even look my way when I was asking her prices she told me pretty much I would need to go look at other rentals for a much bigger boat for a group of 11. When we were only 6 She looked at me rolled her eyes and procided to speak with another group. oh" and god, her yaw keep moving sideways. Very time she spoke, she kept scratching her arms .Idk I feel like she might had been on sum type of substance or maybe is old age. Who knows but I will not allow anybody to shame me because of my weight. Other then that my group and I still were able to rent a boat with Juliana and she even lend my husband a hat so he would get sun burn since he was the one who would be driving the boat. today i rented a jetski, i had a 3/4 tank but when i came back i had to fill it up completely and no one gave me the difference back, they just said i was lying and they have a video that they dont want to show. i dont recommend this place, very expensive and bad attitude. read more

My friend and rented paddle boards from here during the end of the season so it wasn't busy at all. Paddle board rental was only $10 an hour! What a steal compared to a different place we went to that was closed for the season. I had a very pleasant experience with the workers here. They were very helpful and answered all our questions since it was our first time paddle boarding. My friend and I had a blast and a great workout paddle boarding in the afternoon sun and cold Lake Chelan waters. read more

Took my 2 kids 7 & 10 to the Aqua Park today to bounce on the inflatables! It was $15 an hour per child. This was very reasonable to me. My kids had a blast jumping on the inflatables and I enjoyed watching them from the dock. The business had its own parking lot that was convenient and supplied life jackets for kids. We're lucky we found a boat without a reservation in advance on a busy day. That said, our boat was old, torn up & damaged and didn't run well. Plus it was more expensive then another place we rented from with a bigger, better and newer boat. They shouldn't have charged us so much for such a crappy boat, but I guess they can so they did! I wanted to l like this place, but we were treated so poorly here by the girl employers. My family & I didn't mind waiting 3 hours for a boat as this place is a "no reservation type joint", but the fact that they failed to communicate on multiple occasions was why I gave this place a 1 star. First problem was that they didn't tell us we had the OPTION to choose a boat. They simply gave us the "cheap" boat. When we wanted to pay more for a nicer boat they said they had already rented it out to ppl that came after us. Second problem was when we were bringing the boat back, as we were checking out they told us we needed to fill the gas tank on the boat then bring it back. Which is no problem BUT THE FACT that we had already gotten off the boat and taken off the kids life jackets etc. It was a bit much and kind of annoying. Why didn't they address this BEFORE like maybe when they were giving us instructions on how to operate the boat...?? Idk, there were things that I wish they could have done differently. Lastly, the employers were rude us as we waited for my Bf to get back from taking the boat to get gas. They mocked us as if we couldn't hear them but WE COULD. While in Chelan this weekend, we stopped here at Aqua Park to pass some time away before we could check into our campsite. We decided to rent some kayaks for a little bit, and then we played out on the water trampoline. The kids working there were really helpful, and the older guy (who I'm assuming was the owner/manager) was great at answering my friends questions. Prices weren't bad; a kayak was $10 for the first hour and $5 ever hour after that, and the water trampoline was $15 a person for an hour. They were also really cool about us using their dock to swim off of while waiting to use the water trampoline and waiting to use the kayaks. I'd go back, next time I'm in Chelan. read more

They don't even know what customer service is. I spent four hours in line when it was my turn they didn't have a boat for us but they did have one for the next people in line and that is not fair. I tried to take one of the kids but they didn't have the right life jacket.They didn't know how to Explain why they didn't have a boat for us but for the next group they did have one.Also they said whatever you want to take the jet ski or not. That's really disrespectful and not something you should say to a costumer.They gave me a Jet ski with no reverse.It is good to have kids working in summertime but if they don't teach them how to do their job right they will never grow because no one is teaching them how to fix their errors.For the owner you need a better system you just lose money for about 2 or three hrs they open at nine the first boat or Jetske leave around 11 two hours wasted there was a lot of upset customers. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! 0 stars if we could rate it that. So horrible. Worst experience ever and the owner was extremely rude. We had 2 families (9 people - 5 of them kids) staying at the lake for a July 2014 weekend. Weather great. We reserved a large boat the day before. They confirmed and gave us a 1pm time. We showed up at 12:55, but it took a long time to get helped. When we did, they had us start filling out paper work, took deposits and then we stood for almost an hour while they ran around to find the boat we reserved was not licensed. The owner left while we were waiting. He would not initially talk to us. We had them call him. The conversation was extremely rude. Not only did he not care, not apologize, or offer any alternatives (like 2 separate boats), ... HE THREATENED TO WRITE A BAD YELP REVIEW ON ANYTHING RELATED TO US if we wrote him a poor review. Completely flabbergasted. We went 2 doors down, had a boat AND great service in less than 30 min. When an owner cares ZERO about the customer, it's not the place you want to do business with. read more

Kids running the rental place having no clue on time management, aweful customer service (yelling at customers and threatening to call cops) for their error of how they presented their prices, no management came when asked. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They don't know how to treat customers with respect and stick to their deal when made. Very slow and unknowledgable. 10 of them on the job but only 2 are working and they dont know how to do simple math while the others horseplay in front of waiting customers. read more

No stars at all! We called a day ahead and reserved a 17 foot boat for 1pm the next day. We get there 15 minutes early and check in. We sat in line for over 30 minutes! After we filled the paper work they said there was a deposit fee of $1000!!! They didn't tell us this when we called before or while we sitting in line. Needless to say we left ASAP! read more

The trampolines are really fun and they also offer jet ski rentals. The main reason I'm only giving 2 stars is because of their staff. The guys are lazy, lackadaisical goof offs. When we rented jet skis, the guy was too busy scratching and adjusting his privates to adequately run through safety procedures. The girl worked hard to answer phones and get people to fill out paperwork, but she has no people skills and is just short of rude when speaking to guests. Finally, the reason for so few stars is their sandwich board advertised 2 person watercraft (which I assumed to be jet skis) for $40 an hour. But when you go to rent, it's $50 plus a $100 deposit (that the bank holds for up to 30 days). We ended up visiting them multiple times during our recent visit, but it was only because our kids (ages 8 and 11) loved the trampolines so much. If it were up to me, I wouldn't have given them any more of our hard-earned money. read more
