From the initial consultation and design to the actual install, Pete knew exactly what coverage I needed, where to put it, and how to best complete the job. We dealt with a situation completely out of Pete's control in which multiple teams were unable to identify my fiber optic cable line buried under my lawn. Pete went out of his way to make sure I did not lose internet for a second, investing hours into coordinating with the right people and ultimately leading to zero underground lines being hit and no lost internet. Over the last 3 years, their techs have always found repair issues which prior to that had not been an annual issue. This last situation, they flagged 2 items for repair and left. Weeks later, no call and no followup. Upon calling the company I was told a controller had to be replaced. I challenged the diagnosis and asked for someone to call me. No response. I had another company come by and they fixed a cut line in 5 mins and turned the system on. I'm not sure what happened to this company, but I was told by someone in the lawn care company that Dobson's was sold and my experience is not unique. Consider me to no longer be a customer of Dobson.
