More importantly, my wife and I leave very early for our jobs (I'm usually out of the house by 5:30a) and the team ensures that all is good to go, even under the heaviest snowfall. Hilltop cuts the lawn at our condo complex. Yesterday our A/C unit stopped working. Went outside…read moreand found the unit pushed back on the pad 6-8 inches right after the lawn was cut. We took photos of the tire tracks leading right up to the unit and the obvious color difference where the unit was moved back on the pad. It is very apparent that the worker driving the big zero turn mower through the very narrow area behind our unit got too close. The owner of Hilltop came out to inspect the damage and denied any responsibility. Accidents happen but not stepping up to the plate and correcting the situation this guy is trying to avoid any fault on the part of his company. Poor business decision at best! 7/2720 Owner of Hilltop has reached out and re-examined the damage to the A/C unit. He has agreed to reimburse us for the repair to the wiring and burned out circuit breaker. Nice to see, that after cooler heads prevailed, he was willing to take responsibility and make it right. Turned out that he's a nice guy after all.
