Despite some of the biggest snows we see here in CT PJs reliability, and the thoroughness of the team in clearing the driveway, deck, steps and even cars is unflappable. More importantly, my wife and I leave very early for our jobs (I'm usually out of the house by 5:30a) and the team ensures that all is good to go, even under the heaviest snowfall.
