He's a great communicator and went above and beyond what was agreed upon removing more large branches that I overlooked requesting and also took time to chop fire wood pieces for me when I mention I could use some of the fallen tree for my fire pit. Also, I live in Jackson Heights Queens and am a real customer. I noticed another reviewer make accusations that the positive reviews are fake based on the reviewers' location. Well, this one is certainly real and often people move and their locations might change.
