Spoke to two and was underwhelmed by the responses and overwhelmed by the estimated costs. And then upon a recommendation I called Swim King. Dennis Galderisi answered the phone and from his the very first words my anxiety came down. Dennis was absolutely great. He clearly knows everything to know about pools and he answered my many questions with tremendous patience. He addressed my cost concerns by suggesting a tailored maintenance approach to how we will use the pool and suggested a number of ways we could do some of the basics and save money. His approach and manner felt sincere and honest. My next step is to get to his store and meet him in person. I am comfortable that I have found a pool professional who I can trust.

Mind you they tell us this right before a heat wave. Great, thanks a lot, not happy but willing to be flexible and work with them for another date. Next date given was for 3 days later..... but it gets WORSE..... NO SHOW, and NO CALL!?!? We tried calling them mid day and evening to get a time frame for when they would be coming...... no answer, no call back from our two messages. Next day no call back either... I called one final time and left a voicemail stating my frustration. It was then and only then that I got a call back. I was told that "we don't call you if they can't show up" ????? and that "I should expect that they will just come the next day".....Really in what world does a business think they can operate that policy in? And mind you they never came. Final answer: Onto another pool company..... but to find one with an opening right now?? Thanks Aquatic Technologies for nothing but a headache and waste of our time. Installed my pool last year. Won't finish job That is paid for…read more I have huge wrinkles in liner, rocks popping through liner, globs of Something under the liner by seats, and air pockets behind corners of the liner. One skimmer basket doesn't work and the outlets don't have eyes to aim the water so the pool is constantly filthy. Shawn won't return my messages and when he does he tells me he's too busy to come and has to look at the schedule. I've been asking since April. I also don't know how to use the chlorinated or program the expensive filter he convinced me to get that keeps my pool completely filthy 24/7.
