Had a main sewer clog that needed snaking. Raised a request with home warranty and they assigned it to aqua fresh. Danny was quick to respond on the call and showed up with his truck within a couple of hours which was great! They did a thorough job of snaking the line and also gave a few suggestions for long term remedy. Overall, a very positive experience. read more

I submitted a service ticket through my home warranty service because I had a slow drain issue in my bathroom sink. They sent out Aqua Fresh plumbing. Peter came out to fix my bathroom sink and called ahead of time. Peter eliminated the issue by replacing the old rusted galvanized pipe with a new black PVC pipe. He also checked my kitchen sink and shower to see if I had any other issues. Thank you Peter for fixing our bathroom sink. I definitely will use this company in the future! read more

Danny gave excellent service. He installed our kitchen faucet promptly and professionally. Great at trouble shooting our plumbing problem.

Peter came for an old galvanized pipe leak in this 1960s home that we just purchased through home warranty. He saw that it was leaking due to flushing the toilets, using the sinks and showers. Got it approved and came the next week. They changed the old piping to new black PVC and now there are no more leaks! They were also able to change the P Trap for the laundry in this old home that often causes back flow. Thank you I'll post the before and after below. read more

My main sewer line was clogged. I called my warranty company and they sent out Aqua Fresh Plumbing to service it. I have an outside clean out and the plumber was not able to clear it with his snake after mutiple tries or so he said. I was then told by the warranty company that he would need a camera and hydraulic to clear the clog. It would be $1500 and not covered by my warranty company. I have lived in this house over 30 years and have dealt with this issue with clogs due to roots in the pipe. There has never been a problem clearing the line. Since I know it didn't need this $1500 service, I called Roto Rooter and they had it cleared within minutes with their snake. This plumber is either incompetent or trying to upcharge the job. I will refuse him as a service provider with my warranty company in the future. read more

I was impressed about the quality and efficiency of their service. I had a plumbing emergency and contacted them at the last minute. They asked me to send them a picture of the issue. Although, I was their last customer for that day, they treated me as if they were taking care of a problem for a family member. read more

Requested through First American Home Insurance to fix locked-up shower handle. Danny came in same day, spent 20 minutes, fixed everything right away. For reference, we did have another highly-rated-on-yelp plumber in San Carlos coming out the day before to take a look, two guys came and suggested to open the wall and replace the shower valve and use a bigger metal plate to cover up the hole if we don't plan to re-tile the wall. The quote was jaw dropping $1,765. As a comparison, Danny came in, no BS, got the job done without opening wall or asking to replace valve. Very cool, very efficient. It cost us $85 deductible with FAHW and a good tip for Danny. Couldn't be happier. Will definitely consider Danny again for our future plumbing jobs. read more

I had a cracked pipe in my crawl space that was discovered while doing some electrical work. Danny came by and took a look, got the approval from my home warranty and came back 2 days later and fixed it. He replaced the joint and an entire section of pipe and also added in a support belt to ensure the pipe was properly secured and wouldn't crack due to its own weight. Very professional, came in and did the job in a timely fashion appreciating the urgency of a leak in the crawl space. Will definitely use again Thank you !! read more

We are 100% satisfied with the service that Aqua Fresh Plumbing provided. They were very efficient and professional.

really disappointing service... Peter came out and worked on a replace of faucet. Very unprofessional in not taking off the shoes, not wearing shoe covers. Asking for various things, tools, cleaning products, etc. multiple multiple times. seems very unprepared and not willing to help Left the bathroom dirty, a big mess No scheduling or planning at all, show up as he wishes, not respect of other's schedule Pushy in selling services, he will not leave the home until we denied additional service he was trying to sell 10 times. I do not recommend his service. Avoid. read more

Home warranty picked them as service provide, but this service provider is more like a scammer. If you only need someone at your place looking at the toilet and nothing got fix, and you still have no idea about what the root cause is, you're in the right place. "Maybe you can just replace the whole toilet to another common brand like Delta, as I never heard of this brand before and I don't know what the root cause is." This is the "solution" he gave me today. At least they should ask me what brand of the toilet is upfront, instead of arrived here and kept telling me "it's my first time seeing this brand so I don't know how to fix it." (The previous service provider did ask me the brand of my toilet and I sent them a picture, and they just informed me that they couldn't take my case as they've never worked on this brand before. That's professional & honest!) BTW, saw some other bad comments here and those are so true. 1. No scheduling/planning at all. Someone just called and said "hey I'm in the area and will be there within an hour. " 2. No shoe covers/declined to take off shoes. How can you be so sure that you won't scratch my floor with your shoes? 3. Didn't really look into the issue, so I still don't know what the root cause is. read more

I was getting the run around from three other plumbing companies that my home warranty assigned. One never called me, one said they can come out in 5 days and the last one said they don't have time! I called my home warranty and gave them a piece of my mind... they said they would make it right and they did by assigning it to Aqua Fresh! Peter was great! He came out to my house less than 24 hours from the time they received the call and fixed our backed up main in minutes! We have our toilets and showers back after 5 days! Fast response to request . Excellent job in resolving the issue. Highly recommended .

Our toilet developed a slow leak in the supply line and we got Aqua Fresh Plumbing to have a look & fix the issue through our home warranty. While I had to call to set up the appointment, the experience with the repair was outstanding - They arrived on time, they wore masks, they were polite, informed us of what the root cause was (old galvanized pipes, which at some point will have to be replaced), it was efficient and they cleaned the area after the job was done. read more

Very unprofessional and rude and unqualified plumber, overpriced, and this guy Peter doesn't even know how to diagnose. When I asked what's the problem with the faucet, he can't answer, but keep asking me what's wrong? Ordered me to turn on this & that for him. Beware! Do not hire them! read more

Our water heater broke on the last day of 2020. What a year! Hours after we placed a call with our home insurance company a guy from Aqua Fresh Plumbing came over to check things out. He promised to come to replace the water heater on Saturday after the New Year, and they did. Fantastic job; they cleaned quite a bit of the flood in our garage as well. I like that they came as early as they could so that we can have a nice hot bath again tonight. Thanks! read more

I was a bit nervous about calling our Home Warranty regarding a leak we noticed coming from our wall. Sometimes the warranty company sends lower quality contractors. Boy was I wrong. Aqua Fresh Plumbing met my expectations and exceeded it. Upon opening our walls, they identified that we had a multiple leaks in our pipes coming from our master bathroom. We purchased our home recently and found out quickly that the was a shoddy remodel using cheap parts and labor. Regardless, these guys were able to quickly solve my the pipe leaks and I haven't had any problems since. They were clear, realistic, and ensure that everything was cleaned up right after. They also minimized the holes in the wall that needed to be created. Aqua Fresh will be my go to plumbers when (and hopefully if) I have plumbing problems again. Definitely highly recommended! read more

Peter came on a Saturday morning and fixed two bathrooms that had multiple issues(no water to one toilet, clog in the shower outlets, low water pressure in the faucets). He fixed all of them throughly. Highly recommend! read more

Peter provided exceptional service! My sink had leaked before and the last plumber didn't do a good job a month prior.... Peter was responsive on a Saturday and even came by Saturday evening to check out my leak. He shared insight on what the last guy did wrong and that it would affect the lifetime of my dishwasher. He also flagged that the faucet was super old and needed replacing. He didn't sell me but rather shared the problems he saw and left it up to me to decide next steps. I needed to confirm the cost with my Landlord and I later confirmed him for Monday to repair the issues. He called when he was on his way, repaired the issues and even tested everything out for 5 minutes to ensure everything was working correctly. I will definitely call Peter if I need help again!! read more

Got their number through home warranty about fixing water heater. Called a dozen times, always saying they'll call back. Never called back.

Had a issue with my heater and the plumber came to my place, said the whole thing needs to be replaced and told me he can do it for $500 in labor. I did not feel his diagnosis was right and so called another plumber who fixed the issue for $50. Either these people are incompetent or are ripping off their customers. read more
