To my knowledge they did not use any chemicals, soaps or degreasers. The entire process took roughly 3 hours and after they were finished everything dried real nice. It actually took a full day and then a couple of hours the next day to finish our house, but Will and Kyle had no qualms coming back the next day and made sure our yard and house (including our outdoor furniture) were spotless of debris from the roof and the house was cleaned to my satisfaction. I called Jeremy to get a quote and he explained to me the multiple problems in getting the carpet cleaned and told me it would be easier and cheaper to replace the carpet. He went above and beyond by giving me a referral to a carpet installer to see if the carpet can be pieced by carpet that was leftover from the original installation.
