Maybe being generous with a 2-star as an average: 4 stars for local office, 0 stars for "management". Our church used them -- because of our office hours at the time, we had trouble syncing up with deliveries so we decided to drop our service and returned our empties in December 2024. Still no refund. If it were one bottle, I'd give up, but it's $108. Multiple calls to various numbers and one visit in person. Always told, we'll tell "management" and it should be about a week or so and we're at nearly 11 months. read more

After five years of service and you not getting quality service or the consistent service having good customer service, I decided to part ways I guess I am very slow seeing the bad in comfort often times they would not deliver water if they did they would not pick up the empty so am done read more

Deliveries always messed up. Won't answer their phone. Billing always messed up. Double billed. No organization. Please do not wrap yourself up in the mayhem and unprofessionalism of this company. I would give zero stars if possible. Trust me. We gave them countless opportunities to do something about their poor service. Can't even get detached from them now. read more

I had to call practically every month with an issue with the scheduling or my bill. They would never answer the phone, so I had to call Culligan customer service in Kettering to have them transfer my call to the Enon/Fairborn location. My bottles were always dirty and old even after wiping them, they were still dingy looking bottles. I was promised a month credit from the office manager and never received it. This place is not worth my time nor my money. I told them to come pick up their equipment and I'm done. read more

Epic fail, I have been calling for three damn months for water... yes 3 months and they still charge us a monthly fee to look at there empty displays... Custmer service is a absolute joke ... no focus on the customers our issues and you have to wait on hold every freaking time to speak to some one. This company is a joke stay far away read more

Aqua Falls Bottled Water - Three empty jugs of water in empty machine and the water I had to purchase - Water Delivery Near Me - Springfield, Ohio

In reading the past reviews it is clear that NOTHING has changed. Kind person at Culligan of Fairborn even sent a message to the Aqua Falls/Culligan water delivery division with no response. Great delivery driver. Great water quality. No one at the office capable of answering the phones though. So now I have to mail in my payment as the system won't let me pay less than what they show is due...not paying them more than what I owe them! Hope to see improvement... read more

Their service was just OK before Culligan bought them out but now it's horrible. They almost never ever answer the phone. I ordered online just so I could get water and then they just totally forgot to deliver my water. The. They never even followed up. I had to call them to ask where my water was and they literally said they didn't know. My gym said they've had the same issues with them so they are going and getting their own water now. I'm looking for a new company and will just buy it myself. read more

If you want water delivered on time- This is not the company for you. If you want people who care about you as a customer and fight to keep your business - This company is not for you. Not sure how you mess up dropping off water and that is it- but they do. They leave you on hold forever at the office. They do not return voicemails. No other way to contact them. The people in office when they do answer are not nice and like I stated before, won't care if you cancel. Doesn't make a difference to them. Not sure how they have ANYONE working for them at this point. Please believe the other reviews- It is all true. I just cancelled mine yesterday and I am moving to water.com which looks like they service the 45459 area code. Thank you for reading- Wish I would've read before getting involved with this headache of a company. read more

No, I would not recommend this place of business. Not any more, and not unless you enjoy dealing with corporate levels of bureaucracy. I wanted to return some empty bottles for return of my deposit, and was told it would take 4-6 weeks to get my money returned to me. When I asked for a contact at corporate, they couldn't give it to me. In other words, Aqua Falls, when it was a run by a local small business owner (who built the business up), it was great. Local service, you could get refunds right away, no corporate stuff to put up with. Now, it's a shell of its former self. Still makes good water but the end customer service is not good. They are more than happy to take your money immediately but don't expect an immediate refund. I'm not doing business with them again and will make a BBB complaint. I will be taking my business to some other place read more

Terrible service. Won't return calls, placed on hold forever. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. Apparently, they are going out of business or if not with their service they will be out soon. Pete D. read more

Value of water dispenser is outrageous! The store is charging $1 per gallon. This is price gouging for drinking water since another Culligan where store has same dispenser and they charge $0.25 per gallon. Meijer and other grocery stores have it for $0.39 per gallon. Why is it so much a gallon at this Dayton- Springfield location??? read more

We have not had a delivery since December 2nd or 3rd. No one answers the phone at the business. Finally an answering service answers but they have no clue. I am very unhappy with the merger. After 14 yrs. raise late fees from $5 to $25 without any notice. Not good business. when called on it you are not able to provide any information on fee changes in writing and were not willing to provide contact at corporate office to call about said changes. We have been happy residential customers of Aqua Falls for nearly two years and have nothing but wonderful things to say of them! This is a local company that truly deserves your business. They offer a plethora of home and commercial drinking water solutions, and go above and beyond the call of duty by offering cool extras like keurig machine rental and coffee k-cups packages, modern water dispenser rentals for their jugs if you wish at extremely reasonable rates, and absolutely everything is easy to comprehend, no fine print, no ridiculous contracts. They just want to make their customers happy. We sure are! They serve the region with extremely reasonable local delivery fees, however customer pick up is available to anyone as well. Their bottled water comes in many sizes and varieties, from basic reverse osmosis, naturally sourced spring waters from various regions and fancy mineral profiles to sparkling; you're sure to find something that piques your fancy! The sizes range from single bottles pre-chilled for the road, to palettes of individual bottles, to different sizes of "office cooler sized" jugs. They have extremely competitive prices, have wonderful friendly staff available on site to assist with selection and ordering, write hand written receipts and offer billing if you need to just pop in and out in a hurry. I love this place so much! I would be lost without them. We go through three large office sized jugs in our home every week, and rent a wonderful bottom loading machine from them despite owning one ourselves. Theirs are such a joy to use, so hassle free, maintenance free, I couldn't ask for more. Thanks Aqua Falls! Never change! read more

They deliver salt for Culligan. They are supposed to put in the softener. They leave the salt in the driveway and then we have to call and get the driver to come back and put it in the softener which means we have to stay home until they get here. Happens every time. Today they said they would come back Monday (today is Friday) to put it in the softener. read more

Terrible service. For months they are constantly late with deliveries, and this month (after 3 rescheduled delivery dates) they just didn't show up. No phone call, no notification, nothing. Called to inquire about the issues, the young lady on the phone was very indifferent. "Well, we're short staffed". You're so short staffed that you can't make a 60 second phone call? How much time are you spending playing on your phone throughout the day? I'm 100% sure that you're not so short staffed that you can't communicate with your customers. Aqua Falls stopped delivering water and communicating with us approximately three months ago. Excellent customer service!!! Here at Wellness Origin Spa, in Carmel, Indiana we have been using their service for about a year now, could not be happier!! Travis Richardson is our sales/ service rep and has done an outstanding job!! Before our scheduled delivery yesterday (5/16/2018) the handle on our dispenser broke off, ( it's getting lots of use) I called Travis to let him know, said he was down the street on his way to us, turns out unexpectedly he had the needed part with him !! In less than one minute he had it fixed and back in service. Thank you Travis and Aqua Falls, fees are reasonable, and customer service is stellar !!! read more

I am a new customer and have not been able to get my old bottles picked up and my new bottles delivered. I have been waiting for 4 days for this company to come get their bottles and drop off two new ones. As soon as I am able to reach someone, I'm canceling this service. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They didn't even tell me they were coming. They just didn't show up. read more

My husband and I have done business with Aqua Falls for quite some time. Many months ago they stopped delivering our water with no explanations and they always hide behind their answering service. Did I mention that they keep sending bills. I have been calling repeatedly for many months and even told them to contact us to pick up their bottles and unit, because we will be charging them $25.00 per month to store their dry, dry equipment at my home. I intend to contact the BBB to try and get something done. In addition, I've been calling around, Culligan said they were affiliated with them and since our account is delinquent, they will not service us. It's a shame to be treated this way. read more

This company can not organize and control there delivery drivers. It took them over a week past the delivery date to drop off our gallon waters and there machine. Service was so bad that we canceled the service and it was the same story with pick up. We live in a simple neighborhood with the address clearly label in a suburb. Called everyday and they stated they will notify their drivers with zero follow up and zero result. Customer service is poor with no integrity to keep their word. read more

Aqua Falls is one of the worst companies with which I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They change their billing at random intervals with no explanations. I can't find a phone number for them on line. All I have is an 800 number that either does not work or disconnects. I was speaking with a rep this morning and got disconnected - no one called me back. When I tried to call back, it wouldn't connect. I found out that they have been charging my 101 year old mother a monthly fee to rent a water softener. She hasn't had their water softener since October of last year. I did speak to them last week and they claimed everything was taken care of - today I received a collection notice. I am so frustrated with this company. I also tried registering on line to see if I could get results but apparently I don't exist anymore. read more

Terrible customer service. Terrible website. Terrible delivery. Awful awful awful. Save yourself time and money, buy a water dispenser and pickup your own water at Lowe's or Ace. Dear Aqua Falls Customers, We are saddened to hear of the selling of Aqua Falls from a local, fantastic operating company to a nation wide chain. They were a staple for so many years. Excellent service super nice drivers and customer support I've had their services for many years.

They delivered 5 unordered bottles of water last week. I didn't order these bottles. I left them out in front of my garage. I will NOT be responsible for any theft or damage, since i DID NOT ORDER THEM! I have called 5 times, left three messages. No response. No action. Do not buy from this company!! Since they were bought out the new company never gets your order right if they show up. Ordered 2 / 24 ct. boxes of Green Mountain K cups, got 2 boxes of Gloria Jeans k cups!! What the heck!!! I'm leaving outside and they can come pick up their delivery. I am changing from Aqua Falls to a company that just might get an order right. Oh, by the way, not paying for any of this delivery. Yes, I am mad. I hope other people complain or learn from some of the other posts about what is going on Company NEVER answers their phones. Worse service in the industry. Can never get through to their office, always get an answering service that takes messages. NEVER have we got a return call. I'd leave zero stars but can't leave a review at zero. So they get a 1 star with an asterisk read more

on referral from my mom, we started services with Aqua Falls. let me begin with saying, that from what I've heard, this WAS a great company. We were unaware that they were selling out to another company so when we started using them, it was their transition period which was apparently starting off rough and has definitely never recovered. They have been rude from the beginning! Customer service is off the chain HORRIBLE!! At one point I needed a refill on water so I called and I swear she said to me "It might get there, it might not, it's really hit or miss" with not a care in the world. I talked to my husband then called back to cancel their services, and then the ordeal started on getting them to actually come pick up their equipment. we finally called and just told them you need to come get this equipment or we are sitting it outside and low and behold, they finally came and got it after a couple of months of calling. So now we are still getting billed but they do not answer their phones now.Your call now goes to an answering service who just relays the messages for them to never call you back. How the heck am i to stop getting billed by them. Worst company ever!!! Stay clear read more

This place does not care about when or if you get your water. I have had two occasions where I was scheduled for a delivery and even called that day to confirm that I was on the list to receive a delivery. They reassured me that I was on the list for delivery and they never showed up. TWICE!! Customer service is terrible. No call the next day to apologize or to offer a quick delivery and a credit for my trouble. I had to initiate ALL contact. After the second time, I cancelled. Don't waste your money!! read more

What a shame. Aqua Falls WAS a great local, owner operated company. He'd been in business over 30yrs. They answered their phones, had super customer service, delivered on time and could be depended on. He decided it was time to retire and spend time with his family. Can't blame him for wanting to do that! Unfortunately, the company that bought him out, doesn't care ANYTHING about their customers. If they're not careful, they won't have any left. As the new company was taking over, they stopped answering their phones. Instead, they got an answering service to take over. The problem with that was, no one ever called me back!! No matter how many times I called and left messages. I finally had to make 2 trips down to their office to try and get things straight. I was told I would get an email and a phone call prior to delivery to confirm everything. The first time I did get a recorded call, no email. The second time, nothing. The 3rd time, a recorded call and an email. Now that might sound like they're starting to get things worked out....so my delivery was for today, and as I am sitting at home waiting for my water, I get a phone call (from a live person!)telling me the person who put in my order didn't do it right and they wouldn't be out today. The soonest they could come out is 2 days from now. Fortunately, I still have 2 bottles left, most delivery dates I don't. I would have had to go into town and bought bottled water to get by. They apologized, but didn't seem to make the extra effort to correct their mistake and get someone out here tomorrow. The new company is some name that's not familiar, but one name that is associated with this company is Culligan Water. We had them about 15yrs ago in FL...it was the same thing, only no one bought them out, they were trouble from the beginning. We finally had to get the Better Business Bureau involved to get our problems resolved. I would have already gone to another company but there aren't any others around that have this service. We won't have to deal with them after November, we're moving out of State. But I sure feel sorry for anyone who has no other choice. Bad, bad business. read more

It is really sad how downhill this business has gone. I used to enjoy using the local business. They answered the phone when I called and I received my orders with the correct items. Now I am calling 3 and 4 times each time I need an order and leaving messages with a message service (Why doesn't the business answer the phone any more? The staff that worked there before were able to answer the phones) and I am not getting my orders. If this is not resolved soon then I am finding someplace else to get water delivery. I did see that "someone" is acknowledging the problems and saying to be patient they are working on them BUT that was months ago and it is still the same issues we are complaining about without being resolved. read more

Started using Aqua Falls over a year ago and loved it, friendly, courteous staff, never had an issue with delivery. I could call at the last minute and add to my order no problem. If I missed a delivery day they were really good at getting me another delivery as soon as possible. Since the company was bought out by Culligan a few months ago they stopped delivering, so I changed to Culligan when I heard they bought them out. That went good for a few weeks, then they transferred me back to Aqua Falls. Weeks went by leaving messages with their service and nobody ever returned my phone calls. Now when you call somebody answers and immediately puts you on hold. After several attempts to add bottles to my order I was put on hold for 15-20 minutes each time and finally gave up. This service is horrible. read more

Worse customer service I've ever dealt with. This was a great family owned business in Enon that was sold to a big corp that doesn't care. If they keep running it the way they have they will be closed soon. I canceled my WPAFB office account today (big account to loose) and know that other WPAFB offices will as well. Made many phone calls to discuss problems with no return call, wrong billing, billing to credit card that was set up with Aqua Falls not current owner, no deliveries, wrong deliveries....the list goes on. I stopped today and the poor girl answering phones seemed to be the only one working. Four others sitting around chatting never acknowledged that I walked in. Do not give this company your business! They could care less. read more

In looking for bottled water service for my home it was an exhausting task to find a company who delivered to my area. In calling Culligan Water in Dayton, they referred me to Aqua Falls (I learned upon delivery that Culligan purchased Aqua Falls Bottled Water Service so their delivery truck reads Culligan). In reading all of the negative reviews I had major concerns as to whether or not I even wanted to call this company however I am so glad I did. From the initial call at 3:00pm on Wednesday to installation at 11:30am on Thursday, I experienced superb service. My initial call was answered immediately with a return call from Matthew, the area sales rep, within 45 minutes. He was extremely professional, pleasant and helpful. Matthew set up my water and explained the system as well as monthly specials, ordering or changing re-occurring deliveries. It is extremely rare to experience exceptional service so I highly recommend giving them a call. Water quality is great! Thank you Aqua Falls-Culligan and Matthew for my positive experience. read more
