I've been having the same horrible issues that so many of you are talking about here. In fact I STILL have 10 bottles of water sitting on my porch that WERE NOT REQUESTED! I have called many times asking them to come and get them before they freeze. They froze. They have missed THREE appointments to pick it up. No call backs...No nothing. They owe me for 15 empties, which they already picked up...Nothing. We did a lot of research and this is the norm for them. We have found a wonderful new company called TRU BLU H2O, Clifton/Yellow Springs Area. They have a Facebook page...Not sure if they have a web site....937-405-6753...Ask for Tom. I have used this service for several years now but I'm about to cancel them. Their customer service has "tanked" the last several months. I used to receive a call to ask for my order and that never happens any longer. I've been told another company bought them and the transition has been difficult. If it's this difficult for the new company I'm not sure I want to continue with them. Does anyone know of a different RELIABLE water delivery service in the Lebanon/Mason area? read more

Steer clear! Trying to cancel service with them because they are not returning calls, have not made any water deliveries in almost 2 months, and we have a dozen empties to be picked up. Goodness they're terrible. They owe us a credit for all of these empties... I'm not holding out much hope. I have called many many times over the last 6 weeks. As far as I am concerned they are bunch of crooks. Salt deliveries were hit and miss. Several times I had to purchase and haul my own salt from Sam's Club. After renting our softener for 12 years, paying out about 7 times what it was worth, they wanted another 30 days to cancel. They charge you $5 extra a month for "paper processing fee" since I refuse to give them a credit card. The reason for that is when I originally set it up with Culligan, my card number was (apparently) sold and used to purchase gift cards in North Carolina. When I called to tell you not to use the old number, I was told there were others calling with the same problem. So I figured the $5 a month to not use a credit card was like paying protection money to the mob. (It would be shame if something happened to my credit card number.) I have made my final payment for the last 30 days of service I did not receive. While, in principle, I am loathe to pay for something I did not get, I consider it a relatively small price to pay to get rid of these guys. read more

Aqua falls has completely disappeared. We have had their service for 18years but just cancelled. Customer service is non existant, they apparently make deliveries whenever they feel like it and they drop off however many bottles they feel like. COMPLETELY USELESS TO ME. Save your money and time, call someone else. Waiting to see my last bill, gonna be interesting debacle I am sure. read more

The new owners are a disgrace. I call again and again to say I do not need a delivery and all I get is the answering service. Even today three bottles were magically left by my door. I now have six bottles and four empties and I want all of it picked up and my service cancelled. The bill now is way more than I can afford. I only use about one and a half bottles in a two-week period. Yesterday I demanded that the answering service put me through to an actual company representative. The person had compassion on me and said that wasn't going to happen, that they have messages from two or three weeks ago that have never been picked up by the company. I'm very glad to see I am not alone. Maybe we all need to get together and do a "Storm Area 51" on them. read more

Missed delivery for June, no prior call EVER as promised last month when I had to call! Thought we had this worked out. Your Customer Service rep responded with a "take it or leave it" attitude when I said Wednesday was not acceptable to wait for delivery. I'm sitting here with 1 full bottle and 8 empty because you didn't pickup in May and now June! When I asked to speak to a Manager, I was told Danielle was busy and could not talk to me--would call back... Still Waiting. I have been with Aqua Falls for years without an issue. Now all of a sudden the new owners have charged my credit card for someone else's bill so I had to file a fraud alert and cancel my card. Now they have charged my debit card without my permission. And then today I recieve 4 bottles of water and an electronic statement for 43 dollars that's over 10 dollars a bottle ? I have called so many times and all you get is an answering service. I just want to cancel this service. Any suggestions? read more

Our delivery was supposed to be today.... I called yesterday and spoke with the "answering service" and got nowhere. I called today and got the same thing. I decided to call the main location and pushed the number for the billing dept. I spoke with a very nice lady who advised that she has heard from several people that the answering service is horrible. This lady was very helpful. I would advise everyone to call the 937-864-5495 and pushing the extension for billing if you are needing help. I am really hoping Aqua Falls gets this situation under control with the customer service system. We had excellent service up to this point. read more

I received a new cooler 2 weeks ago and it was broken when I received as water leaked all over the floor. I was promised an exchange on Tues 3/5/21; when no one came, I stopped by their office and the response was they were out of coolers. She promised me they would deliver it on Fri 3/8/21. I called them about 3pm that day and she promised it would be coming. IT DID NOT COME. I have left 3 more messages with their 'answering service' and they do not return calls. Meanwhile I have my leaking cooler out in the garage with water leaking out and going through bottles quickly. right now they owe me 4 replacement bottles. The company was bought out by WaterCo. This new company is horrible. Bad customer service, they do not return calls, and do not deliver product. I have been waiting 3 weeks for my delivery and cannot get a return call or a reply from this new company. Beware doing business with this company. read more

Jon B. Aqua Falls has been bought out by a company called WaterCo of the Central States. After experience the same problem with only being able to reach the Answering Service and asking the answering service to have Aqua Falls call me back and then not receiving a call back from Aqua Falls I started to check out WaterCo of the Central States online. After two unsuccessful calls I finally hit success today with a call to WaterCo of the Central States in Kokomo, IN. They knew about the take over of Aqua Falls took my info and problem and agreed to contact Aqua Falls and have them call me. They promised to call back in two days to see if I have heard from Aqua Falls to resolve my issue. I'm hopeful this will work. WaterCo's number is Kokomo,IN is 1-765-452-5553. They will answer the phone as Culligan which I believe is WaterCo's DBA. read more

Honestly, the service keeps me coming back here. The water has never been disappointing. Service is fast and friendly. It is close to where I work, so getting there on the way home is easy. The cost for a bottle of water is reasonable, and in fact is a whole lot better than buying water in bottles from the store...probably better quality, too. At least you know where they get it from and they have to adhere to government standards of production. Also, they are really customer oriented. I talked at length with the owner of this business and he never cut me off. Instead, he honestly answered my questions. If you are looking for a bottled water service, check this place out. You might find you like it as much as I do, and I have been a customer for almost 3 years. Even purchased a water dispenser from them. read more

In looking for bottled water service for my home it was an exhausting task to find a company who delivered to my area. In calling Culligan Water in Dayton, they referred me to Aqua Falls (I learned upon delivery that Culligan purchased Aqua Falls Bottled Water Service so their delivery truck reads Culligan). In reading all of the negative reviews I had major concerns as to whether or not I even wanted to call this company however I am so glad I did. From the initial call at 3:00pm on Wednesday to installation at 11:30am on Thursday, I experienced superb service. My initial call was answered immediately with a return call from Matthew, the area sales rep, within 45 minutes. He was extremely professional, pleasant and helpful. Matthew set up my water and explained the system as well as monthly specials, ordering or changing re-occurring deliveries. It is extremely rare to experience exceptional service so I highly recommend giving them a call. Water quality is great! I have been with Aqua Falls for many many years and last year they sold the company to new owners. It has been terrible since then. I'm not sure how they are doing their billing but my payments aren't showing up on billing statements even though bank confirms they were sent via online. Every time I try to call I get an answering service at all times of the day because "they are real busy". They don't return the calls back that I leave with answering service. I'm not sure if I'll continue with their service or maybe its time to move on to someone else. read more

I always had great service and no problem until today! The answering service girl was rude(it was 2:08 in the afternoon). I needed to pay my bill which I have never had a problem doing over the phone. They never called me for my delivery which they have always done the day before. Thank goodness I was home because I would've had to wait for two weeks to get another delivery. She basically said I had to wait for them to call me back because something was transitioning. She suggested I pay my bill another way because it will be awhile before they call me back. I'm not going to hold my breath for a call. read more

Guy came into my salon to offer their services. Although he was nice at first he very quickly turned and became very pushing and rude. I told him I'd be happy to call them when the bottle of water I had was empty. He insisted on leaving two bottles of water, I said that I don't have space to store an extra bottle. Worst customer service ever! One person described it as feeling like they were talking with the people at the BMV. I have to say that the people at the BMV have awesome customer service compared to aqua falls. Its so obvious that the people working at the Enon location hate their job. I have to admit the water is good when you can get it delivered. If you have any type of issue with them they treat you like dirt under their feet. With as many bottled water companies as there are in this area you would think they would focus a little more on making the customer happy.
