We've needed 9 repairs on our 4 yr old hot tub. The problems began less than 1 month after…read moreinstallation and the last one was completed less than a week ago. After two employees failed to contact Jacuzzi on our behalf as promised and knowing there's not a lot of time left on our warranty I escalated our concerns to the VP and this was his reply: It is my understanding that we have been out on a few occasions to service your hot tub, and we have done so every time under Warranty and at no charge to you. If you feel this spa is a "lemon", this is something that needs to be dealt with directly by you with Jacuzzi themselves. If we go to them and tell them a client wants a new hot tub, even though there have been a few warranty issues on a 4-year old tub, but there is currently nothing wrong with the hot tub, we will get no response. I am unsure why you have felt it best to threaten us with lawyers even though we have performed warranty service and there is no current problem with your hot tub. Nonetheless, we have done everything we can to make you happy, but this appears to have been unsuccessful. Due to the fact that we have been threatened with lawyers even though we have done nothing wrong, I feel it is best to sever ties, and we subsequently will no longer service your hot tub. If you have future warranty and/or service related issues, I would recommend contacting Jacuzzi to get a name of a local authorized service company. If we do in fact get a letter from your lawyer, I will forward this to our lawyer to have it taken care of. I am confident that we will prevail because I fail to see why such drastic measures could even be warranted or on what basis we would even be sued for. Please know that this will be my last correspondence, so any future emails and/or contact from you will go unanswered. Any future communication from you will get directed to our lawyer, should that sadly become necessary. Adam Fronheiser Vice President Office (610) 383-0461

Enlisted this company for their valet pool service, as they were already servicing the pool in a…read morenew house that we bought. I didn't know anything about pools and wasn't living in the house and so was relying on their services. But this company proved to be unreliable, unresponsive, and low quality in terms of service and manager team. There's too much to say so I'll try to summarize - 1) will almost never call you back. left 5-6 messages for the valet service, and only called back once over the 6 weeks or so. same for the general line, and no one ever called back from there. the only way i managed to get through to anyone was calling repeatedly. Maybe once Tristan (?) called back with more info like he said he was going to. Generally unresponsive. 2) valet team unable to recognize that pool is no longer clear and should probably be shocked. i told the teams over and over again that i am new to pools and need their help and tried to learn from them what i could. i tried to be there for every service, and i even tipped them at times bc they were always patient and tolerant of my questions. but in retrospect the pool was becoming cloudier and they did nothing about it and kept telling me it was good to go. 3) the valet team lead doesn't know what she is doing - i sent her a picture with algae on the walls (uploaded separately) the day after the team serviced the pool and she told me it was from heavy use or dirt blowing in. none of which makes sense as i explained to her that dirt doesn't accumulate on walls and we don't live in the house and use the pool much. she doesn't have enough knowledge to process that, or to know what algae looks like. 4) the pool turned green after this despite two visits within days of each other, and she said it was my fault, and that their only job is to keep a pool clear, which also they did not do. i scheduled a service call to address the green pool, and she decides to deliberately screw us over and fire us as clients the day before they are meant to arrive because i complained about the quality of their service and inability to know what algae on the walls looks like. 5) there's a host of other things that went on including low water levels and a possible leak (which their valet service failed to understand). their inability to actually figure out the leak despite sending out a team (fixed by a different company i found), shutting off my pump and not telling me, servicing the pool multiple times in a week and still having an algae problem immediately following their service day. - During this process I even emailed her saying, this would be a lot easier if we could just talk on the phone, and still no phone call. Turns out she is one of the owners of the company and even the valet teams were face palm-ing at how bad she is at her job. - they are so unorganized that even after she fired us as clients, the valet team still came out to service the pool on their usual day. - if you read some of their responses to poor reviews you can see how unprofessional they are. - the only consolation is that they refunded me for the "leak detection", which was a failure, using an air pump that kept a poor seal. I asked for the last several service visits to be refunded since they were clearly ineffective. that one service they refunded was just a small percentage of the time and money i wasted on this company. Since you can't argue with people who don't care that they don't know what they are doing, I left it at that. I would stay far away from this company. In the google review you can see the obvious lack of knowledge in the pictures.
