So when it came time to do the carpet in the family room of our house I didn't even consider anyone else. Par for the course Steve came out and measured and had several great sample boards/books for us to look over and let us hang on to them to give us time to consider all the options. I also decided to replace carpet with flooring in my home office and he explained the options and we went with rubber-backed vinyl planks. Steve even came back by later that day and dropped off some additional samples for us to consider. There was never any pressure. His installers showed up and were very professional and great to work with. They were careful moving our things around. Steve even stopped in to check progress. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our new carpet and flooring and with the great job Steve and his men did.

My wife and I bought a home with a bath that had two sizeable rust spots, and never really thought…read moreanything about it (we always used the other bathroom) until a local realtor said it was of concern. A couple of individuals recommended Brandywine Resurfacing by name, and even though the current COVID19 situation is cause for concern, we managed to get a visit scheduled. WOW! Most businesses put photos of their best work, not their everyday cases, on their website. As a result, you may experience that quality of work, you may not. The photos on Brandywine Resurfacing's web site looked amazing, and we would have hired Joe on that basis alone, but when we saw the end results of his work - well, they actually exceeded the pictures online. Now we have a bathroom to be proud of, and at a fraction of the price (and of far better quality, I wouldn't doubt) than a larger company (who will remain nameless, but whose name rhymes with Darth Hitters) had quoted us. Just through talking to Joe, I can see that he is "old school" and really takes pride in his work to the extreme, and his customers benefit. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who asked. I can't say that I know of anyone else who does the same work, but with these results, I have no reason to look elsewhere. I don't usually write effusive reviews, but then I'm not normally blown away by the standard of work done to this extent. I'm attaching three 'before and after' photos, which really don't do justice to the quality of work, but if you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer them. Thanks for reading, and thanks for your help, Joe.
