Absolute disaster! Where do I start? Well, I had water running down inside my house because they were using a power washer on the windows outside. I called the owner while this was happening (because there was a language barrier and I couldn't communicate with the crew) and the owner acted like it was my fault that his crew was incorrectly cleaning my windows by using a power washer. After the crew left, I discovered glass in my dog's poop bucket. The crew had broken an outdoor light and hid the panels of broken glass in the bucket. read more

I'm writing to comment on how satisfied I am with the services performed by APS Window & Gutter Cleaning. I had them out for the third time and plan on continuing with a Fall and Spring window cleaning inside and out. The professionals were Kind, courteous, and respected inside of our home, and with two people working from home, it was most appreciated. They were in and out, and we did not even notice them. I have shopped around and used other services, some of which were much more, and I would not allow them back on my property again if the service was so poor. The price was reasonable, and the job was perfect. The last service, when we found a few missed places, they were out the following day and made it right. In a day where so few care, finding a company that genuinely does is much appreciated. read more

Pressure wash only. They do not use any brushes or extra effort to try and remove stains on House/gutters. They charge extra for that. Crew came without the right equipment to power wash driveway so had to go back and get it. Expensive for the poor quality of work. read more

A young man from APS cleaned our gutters last week. I don't think the gutters themselves were too clogged, but the downspouts had been plugged for years. Nobody else bothered with them, or thought they were part of the job. He was professional and did a perfect job. The rain last weekend flowed as it should. I am sorry that I didn't get his name. I highly recommend. APS owner, I hope you read this before Christmas so you can appropriately thank him for the job he is doing. read more

We hired APS to clean our gutters, wash the house and clean the windows. Our home has a lot of windows and some of them are very high up. Freddie and Naomi started in the morning and worked hard for the full day. For the first time in years, even the highest gutters were cleaned out and flushed. In the past, we have had people out to do that job only to find that they would not go all the way to the top. Next, they washed the whole house down with a low pressure wash and scrubbed wherever needed. Our white trim is now white again. Lastly, they removed all of the screens and cleaned the windows. Again, it took them almost the entire day and it was so hot! We can't compliment them enough - very good value and done well. We will be having them back on a more regular basis to keep everything looking sharp and at some point we will have them power wash the driveway. We even got the name of a good Honduran restaurant out of the deal that we can't wait to try. read more

This was the second time in as many years that I scheduled service with APS. Last year, their team arrived about 25 minutes outside the scheduled 2 hour window, just before dark, and after I had to call twice to get an ETA. I was willing forgive the lateness since it was during the week and near the holidays. But I did feel a little unsettled that the two people might have to rush the job in order to get done before dark. They did a pretty good job; we paid; and everything was settled. This year, however, after calling twice for an ETA, we were still waiting for the team to arrive 40 minutes outside the two hour window (2:00-4:00 p.m.). The dispatcher said the team was "19-22" minutes away, according to GPS, at 4:00 p.m. when I called (this was the second call; first one was at 3:00 approximately) to inquire the team's whereabouts. I called a third time to cancel the appointment because the team had not arrived after 40 minutes and no update was forthcoming. If the appointment time isn't going to be met, customers appreciate communication. Even though a rescheduled time was offered, being late 20 or more minutes twice where I have to initiate all the communication is enough for me to look elsewhere. read more
