When I contacted them for a quote, they were quick and responsive to come out and give us a quote at a time that worked for us. They were the only ones that had to come out to give us a quote, all others could do it over e-mail as most do it by the square feet of your home. I believe Splish Splash does as well as I told by Jackie in person I wasn't quite positive of our square feet, but she said she would adjust the quote for the correct square footage. I think they want to come out to give you the quote so they can be nice and friendly and reel you in. That's fine, but do your homework. As I did not use them, my review is on the cost. Cost goes along with the job and customer service, and I contacted 6 companies, all of which had great yelp, google, and BBB reviews, including SS. I'm not sure what high horse SS thinks they are on, but they were outrageously more expensive than the others. Keep in mind this is for the size of our home, but one was below $200, the remaining four were in the low $200s, and Splish Splash was above $350. I'm sure they do a fine job, but you can get great customer service and a great job cleaning your home (as evidence by the other companies reviews) with the industries average cost companies. Less than two years earlier a local power washing vendor was hired to power wash the facility. Initially we were satisfied with the results, however, it wasn't too many months afterwards that the facility needed to another power washing. Stan drove by our facility and noticed that there was a need for power washing. He offered his services so we requested a quote for the project to power wash the exterior of a 51,000 square foot building, sidewalks, a tall driveway over hang, and two marquee signs. The quote from Flexible Washing was significantly less than the price of the previous pressure washing project. Not only was the quote less, it was evident from day one that Stan was a true professional and knew his craft. Stan was very meticulous, thorough and respectful of the property. Stan remained in constant communication with the property manager during the entire project ensuring he was aware of the areas where Stan would work each day. This open communication allowed us the opportunity to inform employees in advance to avoid the areas where the power washing would occur. Stan completed the project in less time than quoted. The finished product turned out better than expected. It has been four months since the project was completed and we are very impressed with the finished product. We will most definitely request Flexible Washing for any future pressure washing projects.
