I am thrilled with the job Guardian South did- they went above and beyond in every way. From getting the quote and booking, answering my questions, and the job they did at our home - we couldn't be happier! The cleaning team was prompt, friendly, and super organized- they all wore masks, gloves, and shoe covers, which was appreciated. Their deep clean leaves no stone unturned- every item on every shelf was removed and cleaned. I am looking forward to using them again for more regular cleanings and recommend them without hesitation. Thanks so much!

They arrived, asked questions and went to work cleaning up desk. The job was well done. We did a walk-thru and I was telling her about my dreaded move in. I needed to hire help, because my husband hip is in pain. She let me know that they do trash removal and moving as well. I hired two men the next day. They were professional and did the move in under 90 minutes. Moving all our belongings from basement to the respective rooms. I will definitely recommend Guardian South to handle all your needs professionally and with great work. Now we get to love our newly renovated home, twice as fast due to their helping. Hit them up!

I paid 90$ an hour for the two cleaning/organizing techs. I should have just paid two teenagers and I'd bet the job would have been done faster, better and in a more professional manner. Today, I would give them minus stars if I could. This was how things ended. The text: "We will not be moving forward with Fiv5 Star Cleaning. This is the third offense. 1. You extended an offer for a referral discount. I referred someone, you got paid, and then backed out of the discount. That was the last referral I gave you. 2. In the middle of a prepaid contract, you attempted to raise my prices by $10 per month. I did not appreciate this dishonest practice. When confronted, you defended this position, but agreed to "wave" this increase... "This time." 3. We discussed our next six month contract, Where I agreed that a $10 increase was not unreasonable. Less than a month later, when I went to renew, you attempted to raise the price another five dollars. So let me ask you, would you do business with a company that does this? The services are a gift to my wife. Your standards have decreased. My wife has noticed. Things have been missed. Increasing prices, decreasing standards, and deceptive business practices. This not anger. This is disappointment. We will not be renewing. Respectfully, and regretfully, I will be updating all reviews to reflect current circumstances. Do better. Be better. Integrity Matters...ALWAYS!" They agreed to meet me at my home, to resolve the matter, but an hour before the meeting, 2 girls that spoke no English, showed up at my door, unannounced, without an appointment or a contract. I tried calling them, the manager I spoke with was rude and disrespectful, and suggested I find another cleaning company. This is one thing we agreed on. I do not trust these people. Once trust is lost, the rest is irrelevant.

The big thing to fix before we moved in, was demolishing the old, impractical closet shelving and organizing (to replace with new). Because it all happened far faster than expected, we found ourselves needing contractor help in a hurry to get a large walk-in closet and four other bedroom closets demolished, patched, and painted. I went on Yelp, found CHS were top rated, and sent them a message. Bill and his team at CHS replied within 24 hours to our first inquiry. We exchanged texts with photos and questions and got and accepted a quote within a day. They were in our house three days later and got the job done two days after that. They stripped the floor to ceiling old shelves, patched and repainted the walls, fixed the hardwood floors and left everything completely clean. From first Yelp search to finished job, one week.
