Rob presented us with several options, explaining the benefits of each in detail without a heavy sales pitch. The roofing crews arrived as planned and finished the roof in two days. The crew did a fantastic job of cleaning up before leaving. Rob came out the following day to inspect the workmanship and ask if we had any issues. Over the years, we have had three roofs installed at various properties, and Weather Roofing is the best hands down!

He then said that since the units were so old he recommended both units be replaced and would have someone out to talk about units and financing. He left and never bothered to tell us that he had pulled the fuse box to the unit so we could have replaced it once the unit thawed. He also never returned the thermostats to their settings. Was without a/c for two days before another company could get out here to find the disconnected fuse. Checked all systems and they were fine. Total con job to try to get a commission. The line set was too small for modern equipment. Following the original installation path would mean ripping through ceilings and walls. The list is too long to type. After some careful consideration, and some very creative ideas on Rick's part, we installed a fabulous system without major renovation. The best thing is that the job was done right, for not much more money than the lowest bidder....who would have done a significantly lesser job.
