When I contacted them for a quote, they were quick and responsive to come out and give us a quote at a time that worked for us. They were the only ones that had to come out to give us a quote, all others could do it over e-mail as most do it by the square feet of your home. I believe Splish Splash does as well as I told by Jackie in person I wasn't quite positive of our square feet, but she said she would adjust the quote for the correct square footage. I think they want to come out to give you the quote so they can be nice and friendly and reel you in. That's fine, but do your homework. As I did not use them, my review is on the cost. Cost goes along with the job and customer service, and I contacted 6 companies, all of which had great yelp, google, and BBB reviews, including SS. I'm not sure what high horse SS thinks they are on, but they were outrageously more expensive than the others. Keep in mind this is for the size of our home, but one was below $200, the remaining four were in the low $200s, and Splish Splash was above $350. I'm sure they do a fine job, but you can get great customer service and a great job cleaning your home (as evidence by the other companies reviews) with the industries average cost companies. I did and you can see my review for the company we did use - see my before and after pictures, not some companies pictures!

Can't wait to see swiff and span next week!

If I could leave less than one star, I most assuredly would. Perfect Maid Carolinas did a "one…read moretime" cleaning on a home I'm selling. I arrived about 30 minutes after they had finished. I arrived to find cobwebs still on the walls behind the washer & dryer area, double sided tape still on the floor in the laundry room. Baseboards dirty, blinds dirty & to my displeasure, the fan in the master bedroom now has a broken pull & the broken part lying on the windowsill. When I called Mary, the owner she denied everything & wouldn't let me even speak while she stated over & over they did what they were contracted to do. I even sent her pics from the house after their 4-hr cleaning. She said she was at my home personally. How "as a business owner" can you justify this??? Honestly, Ray Charles could have done a better job. I would highly recommend looking for another service. This company is a disgrace. They make sure they charge "up front" before any work is done, now I know why. I only wish I could post before & after pics. I tried to speak to Mary about rectifying this & was met with an absolute "No", you got what you paid for. Lesson learned. Absolutely do NOT recommend them.

Let me begin by stating that I was referred to this company and its owner, Jay, by a good friend…read more They had no idea that the person they knew was such a poor businessperson. After my friend's recommendation, I called Blue Fox Roofing to inquire about an estimate for a complete roof replacement. During our initial conversation, I informed him that the company that was already working on other projects on my property was fully expected to handle the roofing as well. When I called, he assured me that he could do a better job and even offered to include some extras if I chose his company. I mentioned the other company and that my insurance would cover the new roof. I provided him with the insurance company's price for all roofing-related work. He was fine with this and expressed his willingness to complete the job immediately. Since he was a professional roofer, he assured me that the job would be done correctly. I provided him with all the details that the insurance company had given me, and he reiterated that he was the right person for the job. However, during our conversation with Jay, my wife signed a contract with the other company without knowing that I was seeking this alternative bid. Consequently, I found myself under contract with the other company. Jay informed me that I had three days to cancel that contract, and if I did, he could start the job immediately. After having several conversations with my wife, I decided to cancel the first contract. The next morning, I called Jay and left a message stating that the previous contract had been canceled and that we were ready to proceed with his company. I asked him to let me know what steps we needed to take to set the job start date. I did not hear from Jay for over six hours when I called him again and explained that I was ready to move forward with his company. To my surprise, he responded that there was no reason to return my first call because the job did not pay enough for him to be interested in it. He even suggested that if I could convince the insurance company to increase its payment, he would call me back. I was shocked and felt betrayed. Now, without a roofer, I had burned the first bridge and foolishly believed in his lies and deceitfulness. Today, I am without a roof or roofer, but I am determined to find a solution. However, I will never work with companies like Blue Fox Roofing, NC. I wanted to warn others about the potential pitfalls they may encounter when dealing with this company.
