When I contacted them for a quote, they were quick and responsive to come out and give us a quote at a time that worked for us. They were the only ones that had to come out to give us a quote, all others could do it over e-mail as most do it by the square feet of your home. I believe Splish Splash does as well as I told by Jackie in person I wasn't quite positive of our square feet, but she said she would adjust the quote for the correct square footage. I think they want to come out to give you the quote so they can be nice and friendly and reel you in. That's fine, but do your homework. As I did not use them, my review is on the cost. Cost goes along with the job and customer service, and I contacted 6 companies, all of which had great yelp, google, and BBB reviews, including SS. I'm not sure what high horse SS thinks they are on, but they were outrageously more expensive than the others. Keep in mind this is for the size of our home, but one was below $200, the remaining four were in the low $200s, and Splish Splash was above $350. I'm sure they do a fine job, but you can get great customer service and a great job cleaning your home (as evidence by the other companies reviews) with the industries average cost companies. Justus was extremely thorough, took time cleaning very messy gutters, roof, and making sure the yard was cleaned up as well and was out here for several hours. He still stuck to the quote. Extremely affordable, which is surprising these days given the work was great as well. It is great to see folks who still do great work and don't try to get as much as they can out of you up to the last penny beyond which they think you are likely to say no. Justus also mentioned one corner he couldn't get up to (we knew this because no one can, but he is the first to mention it and still got it clear without actually walking up the steep roof pitch) - this further sealed my confidence in hiring J.B. as honesty/integrity are crtitical.
