I went back to the entrance where there were two SAs there. One checked the system to see if the item I wanted was there. He told me it was out of stock though the website showed it was in store. I asked about other colors or similar products and he was unable to help. Good thing I walked back to the computer accessories area and managed to ask another SA on where the Logitech products are. And I saw the mouse I initially wanted was in stock. Just not the color. In the end I managed to get what I wanted. I also realized service could be slow because customers like to talk gadgets and stuff with the staff. So it will take more time than usual to serve the next customer. Not a place I will go often. The only reason for me to even shop here is because I have a gift card to use. Parking is available in station square lot.

They solved the problem quickly by installing an SSD. I feel that this person took advantage of me not knowing much about computers. I was charged almost $500 and there was no change to how my computer functioned. He did nothing but move a few files and an application onto an external hard drive. This did not change how the computer functione. I was very disappointed. I would never hire this company again.

They both spoke terrible English and never understood or listened to what I wanted. NOBODY is using Windows 7 as it's been discontinued after January14th of this year. Any tech guys would be very knowledgable of what system to run and when to upgrade systems. I was hoping this store would offer a refund or maybe even deduct $40 off and then to upgrade to Windows 10. He said to bring back the laptop so he'll make extra money. This company doesn't know what they're doing. I've had issue with blue screen many times and really needed help running laptop smoothly. He deleted everything from the laptop and installed Windows 7 only. I've previously had lots of photos, Word (PowerPoint, Excel and etc) and other programs there. The Source has never been my first stop, as I find their stuff more expensive than most places that have a wider selection, this store is really about convenience, it is located right in Metrotown afterall. He would sometimes switch the one you provide him with one that he has already refilled if you are in a hurry. I recommend that you keep your own cartridge that you give him. I made the mistake of making a switch out and got someone else's bad toner. Just tell him to refill the ones you bring him.

The place is pretty full of clutter, other than the customer area. Looks like someone ransacked the place. The guy there was friendly. No complaints. Got my screen protector installed in minutes.
