My wife couldn't be more pleased and he charged the normal service charge plus the parts to fix the refrigerator (temperature switch for the refrigerator was defective) and the dryer (the door switch was defective). He was very professional and most of all he did a great job. Oh, and by the way the refrigerator stopping working right after a few days, we called and he came back, minor issue, he fixed the issue and at no charge to us. He took dryer apart and explained the problem (dryer was screeching like a banshee) and the price to fix. Quoted me a very fair price which made the repair a good deal. Fixed dryer, checked to make sure it was running correctly, cleaned up and was out the door an hour after arriving. A very respectful, quite young man. Extremely happy with the whole process. UPS came to pick up. And would only grab one box because that's what the shipping package said. All on Home Depot not on UPS he was going to make another run to come get it tomorrow if I got a packaging slip. UPS then kept me on the phone for 22 minutes trying to sort out the first customer service services mess up. Horrible experience and now having to wait 14 to 16 days for a refund because they have to wait until both boxes are in their possession. Nothing will be done no compensations literally just wanted them to send me the right size bed but no, they only did a refund and I have to deal with them yet again I was told that I need to also call back to customer service to hopefully get my refund sooner. So another phone call that I didn't have to make and probably be on the phone for another 20 minutes.
