I really can't say enough good things about Joe. He completely saved the day…read more Before finding him, I had already gone through several frustrating experiences. I first contacted an LG-authorized repair company, and the technician never even showed up. After that, I spoke with two other repair companies that immediately started diagnosing the washer without ever inspecting it. One confidently told me it needed replacement parts and quoted me $265 for parts and labor. Another insisted the entire detergent dispenser drawer had to be replaced for $350. Both diagnoses turned out to be completely wrong. But I think it's more accurate to say they were lying. Some people are willing to charge customers hundreds of dollars based on pure speculation and/or greed, instead of taking the time to properly inspect the appliance first. That's exactly what made Joe stand out from the very beginning. Unlike everyone else, Joe refused to guess. He explained that the only responsible way to diagnose the problem was to see the washer in person. That alone spoke volumes about his integrity and professionalism. His inspection fee was more than fair, and his repair pricing was just as reasonable! The washer is only a little over two years old, so it seemed unusual that it would suddenly need expensive replacement parts. The problem was that water would pour out of the detergent drawer whenever it filled during the wash and rinse cycles. Within minutes of arriving, Joe had the top of the washer removed and began carefully tracing the source of the problem. Watching him work was like watching an experienced physician diagnose a patient. He methodically examined everything, using his tools and flashlight to inspect areas most people would never think to check. The culprit turned out to be something no one else even considered - a piece of paper towel lodged inside the water distribution channels that feed the detergent dispenser. That small obstruction disrupted the water flow and caused the dispenser to overflow. No replacement parts were needed. Just careful troubleshooting, experience, and an honest technician who knew exactly what he was doing. That's Joe. What impressed me almost as much as his technical skill was his character. From our very first phone conversation, Joe was polite, respectful, and genuinely kind. When he arrived at my parents' home, one of the first things he asked was whether he should remove his shoes. It may seem like a small gesture, but it immediately showed us the kind of person he is: someone who respects both his customers and their homes. He arrived exactly when he said he would, kept us updated on his arrival time, and explained every step of the repair as he worked. He never rushed the job or treated us like just another appointment on his schedule. He even went above and beyond in ways he didn't have to. Before leaving, he took the time to slightly raise and level the washer to improve its positioning - something that wasn't part of the repair but that he did simply because he cared about doing the job right. One comment Joe made really stayed with me. After discovering that the washer didn't need any replacement parts, he told us he was actually relieved because he had been worried the repair might become expensive. That says everything about the kind of person he is. His first concern wasn't how much money he could make. It was making sure his customer didn't have to spend money unnecessarily. Once the repair was complete, he didn't simply declare the job finished and leave. He ran multiple diagnostic and test cycles to make absolutely certain the washer was working exactly as it should. That level of thoroughness gave us complete confidence that the problem had truly been solved. In all my years of hiring repair professionals, I honestly don't think I've ever met someone with more integrity, skill, and pride in his work. Joe treats people the way every customer hopes to be treated - with honesty, respect, patience, and genuine care. With him, we never felt like we were being sold something we didn't need. Instead, we felt like we were dealing with someone who wanted to solve the problem the right way. My parents are new to Riverside County but eventually plan to move back to Los Angeles County. We are all thrilled to learn that Joe also services customers in Los Angeles, because there's no question who we'll be calling if we ever need appliance repairs again. From this point forward, Joe will be our first call, and we will recommend him to our family and friends without a second thought. People like Joe are rare. He is honest, exceptionally knowledgeable, dependable, and takes enormous pride in doing things the right way. We really cannot thank him enough. He deserves far more than five stars.

He said that the price of diagnostic would be credited if I decided to go through with the repair, but most people often choose to replace. Our…read moreContractor recommended we use this service vs having the appliance store install our high end Thermador Appliances. Very pleased we with that decision. In addition, Executive installed our built-in Fridge and Freezer panels vs the cabinet installers, again, very pleased we did that! The onsite techs were very professional and knowledgeable. They took case to protect the finished parts of our home. The Built-in Fridge and Freezer could not be installed until the wood flooring was completed, including a new set of floating stairs. Getting the appliances upstairs to our kitchen area was definitely hard work and a feat! Our main tech, Eric, was very knowledgeable about Thermador appliances. He did an initial walk through before installation was scheduled. He discovered an issue with the hardwiring location for both single ovens. We were able to get the electrical work redone before installation. In addition, his knowledge of Thermador appliances helped with the set-up and also troubleshooting. There was an issue with the Freezer, post installation, but it was the appliance not the installation. We have an all Thermador kitchen. Executive Appliance Service installed the built-in Fridge and Freezer, cooktop, downdraft, two single ovens, warmer, and microwave. In addition, the ovens, warmer, and microwave had to be uninstalled and reinstalled as the cabinet design had them placed too high! Again, care was taken with the uninstall and reinstall to prevent damage to the appliances and our home. Definitely would recommend using Executive Appliance Service for installing your kitchen appliances.

Did periodic service as well, vacuuming and cleaning both units. Had to come back because ice maker still was not working (could have been because of the bad control board but we couldn't tell until the unit was defrosted and restarted so not his fault). Again, took about 30 seconds to determine the ice maker was bad (there was ice in it but it wasn't cycling to dump the ice and restart the icemaking cycle) and 10 minutes to replace. Did not charge for the extra service call because the original call reported no ice making, which I thought was very fair (but not very typical of repair services). My appointment was at 8am and even though they give you a window of three hours, they showed up on the dot at 8am. They even texted me 40 minutes before arrival. Bob and Victor showed up on Saturday morning for my service call. Bob was able to diagnose the two issues our Subzero fridge had within five minutes. After a quick consult, we decided to fix only one of the two problems. I appreciated the advice that Bob gave me about the ice maker and even he didn't recommend fixing the ice maker because it won't give me the results I'm looking for. I can tell he is very familiar with Subzero fridges by the way he handled taking apart the components of the fridge and locating all the different parts of the fridge. They replaced the condenser and did a deep clean of the condenser unit and surrounding areas. They had the replacement parts on hand so was able to service it right then and there. They were quick and efficient and our fridge is running well now. The price for the expertise and work involved was worth it. Keep in mind that they only service and do maintenance on Subzero and Wolf. I learned a lot from Bob during this whole experience as he gave me a lot of tips on what to do to keep the fridge going for many more years. This is the one to call if you're looking for an expert who is not going to sell you on services you don't need.

He is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and communicates clearly throughout the process. His prices are always fair and reasonable. Davis first helped us resolve a cooling issue with our Sub-Zero refrigerator. More recently, he repaired our LG dryer by replacing the heating element. Shortly after the repair, our dryer began making loud noises. Davis was quick to respond and came back to investigate. He discovered a separate issue that was completely unrelated to the original heating repair. As a courtesy, he replaced the drum belt at no additional charge. We truly appreciate his professionalism, honesty, fair pricing, excellent workmanship, and commitment to customer service. We highly recommend Davis and will continue to call him for our appliance repair needs!

We contacted Davis Repair about our Thermador freezer approximately five months ago. At the time,…read morehe was professional and pleasant. I specifically asked whether replacing the recommended parts would actually resolve the problem or whether we would be better off purchasing a new refrigerator. He assured me that once the part and the freezer lock were replaced, the issue would be resolved. Based on that assurance, we followed his recommendations and spent approximately $2,500 on the repairs. Fast-forward, last week, the freezer was again not working properly. I contacted him because, naturally, we were frustrated after having spent that amount of money. Instead of acknowledging our frustration, his response was, "It's not like it broke down in 2 or 3 days, it took 5 months." He came out again last week and charged us another $658. Unfortunately, the freezer still did not work properly after the service. The check has already been cashed, and we have now decided to purchase a new refrigerator. What is most disappointing to me is not simply the money we spent, but the fact that I specifically asked five months ago whether we should repair the refrigerator or replace it. I relied on his professional recommendation, spent approximately $2,500 following that recommendation, and ultimately ended up needing a new refrigerator anyway. I have already communicated my concerns to him and left the decision regarding the most recent payment with him. In my view, when a customer spends thousands of dollars following a repair recommendation and the underlying problem ultimately remains unresolved, it is reasonable to expect the service provider to acknowledge the customer's frustration and stand behind the work. My experience was that the interaction was pleasant as long as everything was going according to his expectations, but when I raised concerns about the results of the repair, I felt my frustration was not handled professionally. I am sharing this experience so other customers can make an informed decision before spending a significant amount of money on repairs for a Thermador refrigerator or freezer and I wish instead of relying on his advice I researched the issue more to see that maybe repair was not the way to go.
