Our oven broiler went out. They quickly scheduled apt and came to diagnose the problem. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to figure out what happened, this particular oven has issues with control board when doing self cleaning. Instead of replacing and risk having the problem in future we decided to look to get a more reliable oven. I did some research after the diagnose and found many results with this Jen air downdraft systems. But appreciate the help and will use your service again, but hopefully we don't need anymore appliance repairs lol. read more

Arrived on time and did a good job replacing our garbage disposal system. When a small piece of plastic pipe broke he went to nearest Home depot to get the component and installed it and didn't charge extra. He was easy to communicate. This is our second time using Appliance Repair Team, will recommend them. read more

The Appliance Repair Team is a great group of people. They were extremely pleasant on the phone and did not waste time to get me an appointment immediately. Their home repair guy, John, showed up ready to work. He analyzed very quickly the issues and set about repairing them. Between the two broken appliances that John analyzed and repaired, in total time it took maybe an hour and a half. When he was finished, he left the work space cleaner than it was when he arrived. Oh! They also waived the $60 house fee for me simply because I gave them my service rather than going somewhere else. I have since not had any issues with either appliance and my family and I are extremely satisfied with the entire experience we encountered with The Appliance Repair Team. I would recommend to anyone in the area I know and I will definitely be using them again if I need to! read more

John from Appliance Repair Team did excellent, fast work, repairing the igniter in our oven. He was very helpful, even going beyond the call of duty by retrieving some lost items from behind the oven. read more

My dryer had been making squealing noises intermittently for several weeks. I looked up YouTube how to fix, but it involved taking doors/panels off. No thanks. I did some Yelping and found good reviews on Appliance Repair Team, so I gave them a call. I called them late on a Monday afternoon, expecting someone in a few days, but they had someone available the next afternoon. Then on day of, they called me about an hour before expected time and said the tech could be there in a few mins if I was available. Yes! I was actually hoping that. Of course when the tech (I didn't get his name) the dryer didn't make any noises. He took apart the dryer (as they showed on YouTube, that I would have never been able to do!), he gave it a quick look and knew exactly what was wrong. He had the part in his vehicle, went out and got it, and repair was done within an hour. As for reasonable pricing as others may have mentioned, I don't know. I only called Appliance Repair. They had a $70 I think fee just to come out, as most other places did, so I didn't want to be calling around. They don't charge that fee if you have the work done. All I know is that a lot of things I can YouTube and figure it out, but this was one thing I didn't want to even attempt and was willing to pay the price. The only critique I have of this experience was calling in. The call went automatically to hold with music. There was no one/recording to tell me who I've called and to please hold. I think I was on hold for at least 2-3 minutes. Then the person on the other line sounded like she was a 1000 miles away, she spoke with somewhat of an accent so that added in to not being able to understand her clearly. Overall, I will call them again if I need something else repaired. read more

Our LG washing machine started leaking water from the rear bottom of the machine. We could hear a slow drip falling onto a metal surface. David was able to come the same day. He quickly opened the washer, diagnosed the problem as a hot water valve leaking inside the machine, found parts in stock nearby, and provided a reasonable quote for the repair. He also recommended that we replace the cold water valve as a precaution given that it was the same age. He came back the next day and performed the repair. In less than 48 hours from my first contact, we had a working washing machine again. I would not hesitate to call again. read more

We had a great experience with this company! Our freezer had a leak that we hadn't been able to fix - and neither had another repair person a few years ago - but now it's in perfect working order after just a quick visit. Affordable, too! read more

Prompt and timely service done to my dishwasher. Will reccomend for any appliances repai.

Our GE refrigerator died on a fine summer evening, I was able to get an appointment from the Appliance Repair for the next day. But by the time Max showed but I had restarted the fridge few times and it had come back to life. He found the issue was on the compressor overload protector and replaced it. It worked well for couple of weeks and the fridge died again. This time I was able to get a same day appointment and Max was able to diagnose it to a burn in the board. He fixed the issue for free since it was within their repair warranty period. Both times Max was on time, friendly and made sure to walk me through what was causing the issue. read more

My refrigerator stopped cooling over the thanksgiving weekend and Russel was quick to diagnose the part that wasn't working. The next day he came back with the new part and repaired 2 additional issues I had with my fridge's fan motor and ice maker for free. lresponse was prompt, and the worker was informative and friendly! definitely would call again. and so nice to have my oven back.

A top notch job by one of the Appliance Repair technicians. I had issues with my Samsung Fridge, which did not make Ice Cubes at all, tried everything on the manual, resetting the Ice Maker, etc. Finally, the technician came and rapidly identified the issue. So now I have ice again and can have an icy beverage and enjoy these sunshine days in the PNW. Thanks a lot! read more

We are really happy with the service from the tech Maxim. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with the stove and did a cleaning of the burner. Very neat and quick work. He was also very patient about our questions on other appliances. The price is very fair and payment was easy. I will definitely contact them again for future appliance repair. read more

I wish I could give negative stars for this place. Holy wow are they terrible. First of all, you cannot understand the gals over the phone. They are extremely muffled and quiet. When you call them they just answer "Hello?" and don't identify themselves so you aren't even sure you have called a business. John came out, spent 5 mins here pushing some buttons on the washer and said it was a motor rotor sensor causing the issue. I get an estimate via text 30 mins later for $330 to replace a part that takes all of 10 mins to replace. They said the part would come in Monday (it was Friday) and he would call to come out Monday, Tuesday at the latest. I don't hear from anyone and so I call Monday. Same issues with not being able to hear them. They said the part isn't in and they will call me when it is. Tuesday I call back and the part finally came in but they are booked all of Tuesday. Cool. He finally came out to repair it Wednesday and tells me that he didn't order the part until Monday night. I am sorry WHAT?! You could have ordered the part Friday or even first thing Monday but waited until Monday night to order and then said you were too booked to come out Tuesday?! He finally came out Wednesday to repair it, spent about 20 mins here and said it still wasn't working and left. They texted me several hours later to say the part I needed was discontinued and I never heard back from them again. Wouldn't respond to my texts or calls. Turns out, they were looking for the part without the housing and so the part number he THOUGHT it was, was discontinued. Ordered the part myself and what do you know, fixed in 10 mins. However, go to use the washer and now it's making a new rattling sound from the area he worked on before. I have now taken that section a part only to find he roughed up the part and broke some of the clips. Literally wasted two weeks of my life, didn't fix the issue, made it worse and ghosted me. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! read more

I called an got scheduled in a timely manner! Maxim texted before he came and got my older Maytag dishwasher problem solved even though it was minor he assured me beforehand that I could decide to fix or not if it was too major. Service call charge was very reasonable! I will definitely call them again... and thought Maxim was great! read more

Fast and responsive. They tried to fix our dishwasher by replacing the water pump and then the control board - unfortunately it didn't work an we need a new one. They refunded what we paid minus the $70 diagnostic fee right away. I would use them again in the future. read more

I explained to the woman in the phone that my Bosch washer roared and smelled of smoke. The service technician did show up on time. However he was unable to check the machine because he wasn't notified that a dryer was stacked in top of the washer and he needed "special tools" to separate them. He made the assumption that my machine needed a bearing and said he'd get back to me in a couple of hours once he found the necessary parts. I have him a $60 check for the service call that was to be deducted from the price of the repair. I did not hear back that day. The next morning I texted the technician. He said he'd get right back to me. An hit later the lady from my original call left me a voicemail that they couldn't get the parts and can't fix my washer. I can easily find a bearing kit for my washer online, So I paid $60 for absolutely nothing. This business is a scam. read more

Our dryer wasn't heating last Friday. They were the only ones able to get out to my house before the end of the weekend. Came out and fixed the dryer within an hour. This is my first time looking for tech help by myself because usually warranty company take care of that. I select appliance repair team based on the awesome internet reviews. Two of my kitchen appliances (dishwasher and range) were misbehaving. Appliance Repair Team responded quickly to my request for a bid on Yelp, dispatched a tech (they offered to come out same-day), diagnosed the problem on the spot, let me know that they couldn't get one part from their suppliers but suggested I search on eBay (they even gave me the specific part number, then (when the eBay part arrived 4 days early) came out and installed everything basically the same day. I was very appreciative of their responsiveness, the professionalism of their tech (John), and with solving the problem so quickly. read more

I called Appliance and HVAC for our gas range. They had John come over next day to diagnose. He ordered the parts and fixed it next week and the whole process was seamless. John came out twice to diagnose and repair our washer that was leaking water. He came out the next day after I called (on a Wednesday) and was back with the part on Friday. When a major appliance like a washer fails on laundry day, in my house -- that's a crisis. Luckily we found Appliance repair team and they were able to send John the same day. John was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and gave us a cost for what he proposed to do. And soon, all was well at a fraction the price of buying a new washer. And we're likely to get years of service without cluttering a landfill. Thanks again, John read more

Appliance Repair Team was the first company to respond to my last minute request for appliance repair and they made it happen during a constricted time frame. My repair team member was extremely polite, focused, attentive and mindful of my inability to spend a lot of money. He shot from the hip, gave me fair, sound advice and did more than his share of cleaning the inside of my dryer. I can't say enough good stuff about my experience with this Team! I'm so very grateful! read more

Maxim from Appliance Repair Team was professional, courteous, and did a great job repairing my broken refrigerator. He was able to accurately identify the problem within just a few minutes (a faulty compressor, he informed me) and then fixed it . The whole process took less than an hour, and I was thrilled to not only have my refrigerator problem accurately diagnosed but also solved on the same day. Not only that, Maxim explained that the problem was likely due to a buildup of dust under the fridge resulting in excessive heat--then he cleaned out all of the dust. In the end, my fridge is clean, is working great again, and I now have the knowledge to help keep it working. Rates were every reasonable, too, and Appliance Repair seems to stand by their work. Maxim told me the repair is backed by a three-month warranty. Fantastic experience overall. read more

Max from Appliance Repair Team was able to fix our AC on short notice when it died just before the heat-pocalypse of 2021. He even came back the same day when a dirty filter was blocking airflow through the house. Apparently you are supposed to change them once a month, not once every couple of years. Oops! Thanks Max for saving our family from a very uncomfortable time. read more

Next-day service call was awesome. Showed up when they said they would. Washer is working again. Only downside is I don't believe the fault code was cleared because it still shows. Also, the technician was here for several hours and had repaired the machine without providing a diagnosis and quote for the repairs. I have a six-month warranty, and if all goes well, I would definitely use this company again. I'd just be a little more clear about my expectations and make sure I understand the situation. read more

Technician Maxim was very prompt and provided reliable service. The issue was small and he did not charge beyond the diagnostic fee. Mike the technician from the Appliance Repair Team repaired my Electrolux refrigerator last week. I tried turning down the temperature setting but it was still running too warm. Mike discovered the defroster was broken so he ordered a new one. The part came in so quickly. After the part arrived I was able to get an appointment for him to fix it the next day. Awesome! It was easy and quick to schedule visits. Like that the tech called me to let me know he was on his way over. Luckily he was able to fix our freezer door too on the spot after he discovered it fell off the hinge and wasn't closing properly. I couldn't find a new black glossy 23cu French Door Frig in stock anywhere to match my other appliances so I'm so glad my 11 year old Frig could still be repaired. This business is awesome, trustworthy and so dependable. Lucky to have found such a skilled technician and business. So happy my Frig is working again. read more
