However, we noticed there's two drill holes in our backsplash. We know they had hard time installing, but wasn't expecting to find what looks like practice holes. Delivery, installation and removal is no small fee and now we're left with a hole in our backsplash. From the start what I really liked was, over the phone he walked me through basic troubleshooting (this was before he charged me anything) just to make sure it wasn't something simple that could be fixed without him coming out. After that he was true to his arrival times, called to confirm the day before and contacted me when he was on his way the day of repair. He correctly diagnosed the problem, set proper expectations about when parts would arrive and quickly installed the needed part once it arrived. He is upfront about his pricing and also lets you know that while he believes the problem is diagnosed it is possible something else could be an issue. He quickly assessed that the drain pump was not functioning correctly. He gave me a honest quote, and he asked if I wanted to make the repair. After discussing with my wife, we agreed to get the washer repaired. He had the part with him and got to work to replace the part. In addition to making the repair well, he spent time to check that the washer worked after replacing the part and that it did not leak before closing the washer up. He then moved back the washer in place even though I am the one who moved the washer in the first place. He gave me a 1-year warranty on the repair as he used a genuine LG part.
