Their pricing, however, is not competitive, and their customer service is totally lacking. I made two purchases here and at first was encouraged, because they easily matched a price I found onlne for the same product. After that, it got considerably more frustrating, with multiple delays on delivery, often with no explanation or follow up. For a higher end store, I expected them to be much more willing to work for me, and find out what I needed. I don't want to start on a rant here about customer service, that ends in "I don't ask you to come do my job..." But, I shouldn't have to call you multiple times asking to follow up on the same things over and over. Just get me the answer the first time.

We are needing to purchase all of the appliances, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stove. We went back to the appliance area to start looking. There were two workers in that area, just sitting at their desk, chatting and laughing and not paying any attention to us. We made eye contact with them a couple of times and they just looked away. It was really disappointing. I am not gonna go up and beg them to help me because obviously they didn't want anything to do with it and there are other hardware, appliance stores, so close by that we easily went to. Most of the display models were severely damaged and it made us not even want to look any further. If those associates worked on commission. They definitely lost out on at least a $5000 purchase. The store has really gone down and I definitely will not be back if I have questions on products and I actually need help.

They set up an appointment with a showroom consultant who listened to what I was looking for and provided thoughtful recommendations based on my style and needs. Since I also needed new cabinets, they connected me with their cabinet designer and scheduled another appointment. She was incredibly helpful and created a beautiful, functional layout for my kitchen remodel that I absolutely loved. What stood out most was that everyone I worked with was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely willing to help. Ferguson made what could have been an overwhelming remodeling process feel organized, personalized, and exciting. I highly recommend their showroom to anyone working on a bathroom, kitchen, or larger home project!
